Lovely Dwelling Place

The Rocky Mountains here in Colorado are a sanctuary of peace and majesty from the Lord.  I was reading Psalms this morning, and I came across Psalm 84.  It reminded me of the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park and took me back to memories of when I lived up in Estes Park in the summer of ’98.  My soul yearns to be with the Lord!  Heaven is going to be so much more beautiful than anything we could ever imagine here on earth and I long to be there with Him!  I pray the beauty of these verses and the beauty in God’s creation will give you hope and joy as we wait for our time to be at home with the Lord.  Since He has made the Rockies so lovely, just imagine how lovely His dwelling place is!  God bless you all!

“How lovely is your dwelling

place,

O Lord Almighty!

My soul yearns, even

faints,

for the courts of the Lord;

my heart and my flesh cry

out

for the living God.”

Stand Up For Righteousness!

Flag with mountain

Good morning everyone and God bless you all!  Today is voting day here in America and I am praying for our country.  I am praying that the Lord will spread holy revival through our country and bring healing.  I am praying that He stops the violence and hatred and pours out His Holy Spirit on us and the world!  I am also standing up for righteousness and I am going to share my political views!

I have been told in the past to keep politics off my blog, but I do not agree with that.  The disciples spoke boldly regarding the social and political issues of their day and the Lord has put it on my heart to do the same.  John the Baptist was arrested because he rebuked King Herod for having his brother’s wife (Mark 6:17-18).  It is important for followers of Jesus to speak the truth regarding the issues of our time as well.  We must speak the truth in all things.  It is sad how “501C3” has stopped Pastors from speaking out!  Of course the world doesn’t want us speaking the truth, especially regarding our society!  They don’t want to hear the truth.  They want to live life without God and they fight Him!  We are supposed to fear God, not man!

“Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.”

Proverbs 29:25

My kids have the day off from school, so I will be hanging out with them today.  I’m glad they will be home safe with me.  Colorado does mail in voting, so we already voted and my wife and I voted straight red.  If you have been reading my blog, then you know I do not and I will never vote democrat, which over the years has steadily become a group of insane and depraved leftists controlled by hateful violent atheists.  The Kennedy democrats are long gone folks!

I don’t support abortion, gay marriage, or 62 different genders.  Abortion is murder, homosexuality is an abomination to God, and God only made two genders in His creation (Genesis 1:27), which He is sovereign over (Genesis 1:1).  All of the perversions of God’s creation are from the evil one.  I also don’t support socialism or communism in any way, shape, or form!  Atheism is also from the evil one.  I’m not ever letting anybody take our guns either, so they need to let that go!  If they want them, come and take them (Molon Labe)!  Although I don’t recommend trying to do that to Americans.  You will lose that fight.

Yes, I am a Life Member of the NRA too.  The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13 that love always protects and I take the protection of my family and country seriously and I have professional law enforcement firearms training to back it up!  My instructor trained SWAT teams for 25 years.  Thank you Officer Johnson!

Before I started blogging I used to preach and have conversations on the “Disqus.com” forums for several years, specifically the years leading up to the recent election.  I engaged everyone from hardcore Muslims to Nazi thugs.  Mostly it was angry leftists that would engage me.  It is truly sad what they believe and I shared the truth of God’s Word and my testimony with them.  They were not easy conversations and I encountered real vile hatred, but believers must share and defend the truth.  God was always with me in the power of the Spirit, and He got through to many of their hearts.

The democrats have gone so far left that they cannot be trusted with power.  They have violent Antifa thugs (paid for by George Soros, the new world order kingpin) in the streets beating people with clubs, fists, and feet.  They preach hate 24 hours a day non-stop on their news outlets (CNN, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, etc.) and their politicians have been calling for violence since before Trump was elected.  We have seen the very real violence against Trump supporters across America and it is disgusting!

For 8 years under the last president they tried to change the times and dates and pervert God’s order, and we suffered under their wicked rule!  The last president even declared from the steps of power that America was no longer a Christian nation!  Who did he think he was!  He acted like the Anti-Christ and I rebuke him!  They convinced people that Nazis were somehow right wing when that is the farthest from the truth!  Hitler and his Nationalist Socialist Party were LEFT WING!  Don’t you know history?!  The democrats can’t just lie and change history!  Look at Antifa!  They are leftists and they act just like Hitler’s “brown shirt” thugs clubbing and beating people in the streets!  Where are the cops?   Where is the justice for such violence?!

Nazis were not right wing and it has nothing to do with American Republicans!  Trump is not a racist and it is not racist to want fair deals for your country and it is not racist to protect your country’s borders.  What a bunch of filth and nonsense CNN spews all day!  Just a bunch of race baiting hateful lies from the evil one, the father of lies!  The mainstream media has been sold out and controlled by the leftists for a very long time.  Some might even say since the CIA took over the media in the 50s through Operation Mockingbird, but that is a whole different rabbit hole to go down.

Am I saying Republicans have some kind of monopoly on righteousness?  Of course not!  Both parties are filled with imperfect sinful people, but they are not the ones calling for violence, beating up those with opposing views in the streets, supporting abortion and gay marriage, and calling for the destruction of America and our borders.  It’s the democrats doing that and it is obvious to the whole world now!  Christians and Conservatives have been the object of the left’s hatred and mockery for many years (SNL is one example), so we have seen it for a long time.  Now they can’t hide their anger and hatred and they are out in the open literally going crazy in the streets!  The Lord has revealed their true motives and they can’t hide any longer!

Do you understand that George Soros pays for the destruction of borders through his NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) that he sets up?  Do you understand that the democrats have become a radical tool for Soros and the NWO to cause social chaos in order to destroy our laws and borders?  Do you understand that the “refugee crisis” around the world is a Trojan Horse to destroy national borders and sovereignty, so they can set up their world government?

Do you understand the NWO motto is “order out of chaos” and they cause the chaos with their billions of dollars, so they can birth their “new world order”?  Do you know about Agenda 21 and how the United Nations and the EU are involved?  Do you understand the Georgia Guidestones are the evil one’s commandments that the servants of the NWO follow?  Do you also understand that they are dead serious about world depopulation, which is their first commandment?  Do you know about how they intend to start WW3 using the evil vision that the evil one gave to old 33rd degree mason Albert Pike?  Do you understand that all of those things tie in with end times prophecy regarding the coming one world government that will be ruled by the Anti-Christ for 7 years during the Tribulation?  If not, I am telling you now, so now you know.

Yes, there really is a “new world order” and there really are evil people building it for the evil one, and we are seeing the manifestation of it in our time.  How long will it take and when will the Tribulation start are questions only God can answer.  I am keeping my eyes on Jesus and staying on watch.

I am not going to go into everything I have researched regarding the new world order and how they are purposefully destroying our current order and causing chaos around the world in order to dominate the world.  Just know that the destruction of borders and the social violence in our country and around the world is by design and there is big evil money and power behind it.

I vote in accordance with my convictions in the Lord in accordance with God’s Word.  I do not consider myself a Republican or any other party.  Indeed I have had many issues with the Republican party as well, namely George W. Bush and his father George H.W. Bush who are servants of the NWO and were instrumental in pulling off 9/11 (but I won’t get into all that here).  Many of you already know my views on the inside job of 9/11.

Don’t ever forget what baby Bush said on the front lawn of the Pentagon after it was blown up (no it was not a plane)!  He said: “Don’t worry, we’ll bring order out of chaos.”  Go look it up!  Pretty weird thing to say…unless it is your motto from your secret group of evil world leaders that you belong to!  Remember what his daddy said when he was president, “It’s a big idea!  A new world order!  And when we are successful, and we will be…”.  Know your history and speak the truth about it!  Yes, someday they will be successful and I pray for the souls who are left here during the Tribulation!

I am a Christian first and foremost and I am an American Patriot.  I love my country with all of my heart and I pray for us all.  We cannot allow evil and violence to run rampant in our streets!  We cannot allow babies to be murdered!  We cannot allow God to be mocked as His design and order are perverted!  I didn’t vote for Trump because he was a perfect angel.  I voted for him because of how evil the Clinton family is and because Trump was the boot we needed to kick down the door of the NWO and take our country back!

Trump is not a Republican.  Trump is Trump!  We all knew who he was for many years before he ever ran for president.  He ran on the Republican ticket because that is the party he agrees with the most and to get elected in this country you have to choose a side.  He is his own man and he is a real American Patriot who actually loves our country!  For the first time in many years we have a real American President who was chosen by the people and is actually working for the people!  He is literally going down the list fulfilling his campaign promises and it is incredible to witness!

He stopped the TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership) and got rid of NAFTA for crying out loud!  Praise God!  NAFTA killed our country’s industry and caused rampant unemployment as we watched our jobs go to Mexico, then to China!  TPP would have slit our throats and finished the job NAFTA started!  NAFTA was never designed to be a good deal for America!  It was designed to bleed us dry and destroy us!  Trump is making it right, so the trade deals are not weighted unfairly against us, so praise God for that!  Now he needs to get rid of the privately owned Federal Reserve who took over our country in 1913 with their Federal Reserve Act.

No, the Federal Reserve is not federal and they are not part of our government and it was never constitutional for them to take over the money printing powers!  Go research it please!  They cause the booms, busts, recessions, depressions, and inflation!  We need to be printing our own money, not borrowing it from the Federal Reserve at interest, which causes massive inflation!

Hillary would have signed the TPP in a heartbeat and laughed over our bodies as she watched us finally bleed out!  Hillary was the final nail in the coffin to their de-industrialization scheme and she would have finished the dirty deed with a smile!  Killing the TPP saved our country’s sovereignty and industry from total annihilation!  Look at the democrat controlled cities!  They are bankrupt and filled with crime and violence!  That is because they take your jobs and raise your taxes!  That is the design of destruction they want for the whole country, wake up!

Most importantly Trump declared that we are a Christian nation right when he took power and he gave glory to God as he acknowledged God’s sovereignty over the United States!  He gave the country back to God!  Amen, praise God!!!  He also invited Jesus into the White House by inviting Holy Spirit filled Pastors to pray for him and the country!  He has given glory to God, so praise God he is president and not Hillary, praise God!

Hate Trump if you want to.  Your hate is based on lies.  Hate me if you want to.  It doesn’t bother me.  I am not out here trying to please men.  I am sick of the lies and hatred and I am not ever going to be bullied by anyone!  I am standing up!  Nobody was saying Trump was racist before he was president, remember that.  The leftist democrats had nothing to stand on during the elections (gay marriage, destruction of borders, and murdering babies are not a platform of righteousness folks), so they always play the race card.  That is all they have left in their sick bag of evil tricks.

Since they control the media, they inundate our country with their filthy lies non-stop every single day.  The only people watching mainstream news stations like CNN are the ones who already believe that garbage and hate just like they do.  Everybody knows they are democrat leftists and they don’t tell the truth!  Give us a break!

Trump is not perfect, but God is using him to take our country back and restore what the leftists destroyed!  He is making good deals on trade and taxes that our finally benefiting our people, and our jobs, economy, and GDP have come roaring back!  He got rid of that tyrannical socialist healthcare mandate too!  We tried to warn everyone what that healthcare law was going to do to our country before the last guy got elected twice, but they didn’t listen!  The Lord is making so many things right that the left perverted and destroyed and I praise God that He is using Trump to do it!  God always uses the least likely person, we should know that by now.  God always uses imperfect people to accomplish His righteous plans!

I love how Trump tells the United Nations and the EU that America doesn’t answer to them!  That’s right, we are a sovereign nation with our own borders and that is not hateful or racist!  We don’t want Agenda 21 and as long as God fearing Patriots are alive and well in this country you will never do a mass round up of guns or people in our country either!  We must love and protect our people, and every nation of the world should be doing the same!  Don’t let Soros and the NWO destroy your borders and cause chaos in your societies!  Use the common sense God gave you and see clearly what is going on with the Trojan Horse invasions!  There is a very good reason Israel will not allow Soros into their country!  They won’t allow our CIA in either!  They are wise, God bless all of our brothers and sisters in Israel and God bless the nation of Israel!

If you don’t like what I am saying or you disagree or you are a Christian who votes democrat, then please feel free to post a comment.  Be sure to explain why you think God approves of homosexuality, gay marriage, and abortion and why He would approve of you voting that way.  You won’t be able to though because God doesn’t approve of that evil.  You better have your facts straight and be able to back it up in God’s Word too because believe me, my sword is sharp and I am ready in the power of the Holy Spirit to defend God’s Word.  I have had enough of false preachers, liars, and leftists.  I pray for them, but I will also stand up strong for Jesus Christ!

I love my country and I love our president and I am praying for both every day!  I believe America is still the best country to live in and the most free, but we will always have to fight to keep it that way as there will always be people trying to take it from us!  Don’t be scared to stand up and speak the truth!  Don’t fear man, fear God!

Be safe today and vote for righteousness!  Our country’s future and our country’s blessings depend on it!  May God bless America and the whole world with Holy Spirit revival in the Name of Jesus, Amen!

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.”

Grace and peace to you all in the Name of Jesus!

Beautiful Monday Blessings

That is the open space behind our house. The deer love it. We have had mountain lions come through here too! We get warnings from the Nextdoor App of sightings in town all the time. Towards the left of the treeline on the horizon is due east. Keep driving that way and you will be in Kansas, or you could swing south and head down into Oklahoma and Texas. Beautiful day today!

Good morning friends and family!  Blessings to you all in the loving Name of Jesus!  The stormy clouds from Sunday are gone and we are back to sunny blue skies here in Colorado!  The Lord is taking care of my body this morning and I appreciate it.  I had a rough weekend with Celiac.  It’s awesome in the Bible how Jesus is always telling his disciples to eat something or rest.  He cared for them so deeply.  I live life at a passionate pace most of the time, so the Lord has to remind me to stop and care for my physical needs.  Thank You Lord for loving us so deeply!  I needed to take a big deep breath today and rest in the Lord, and I praise Him for that!  So, today, I just wanted to share some photos I took with my Canon camera this morning.  Enjoy!

I grew up here and I have lived here most of my life and I praise God for it!  One of these days I’m going to get on my roof and take pictures of the entire front range and Denver.  We can see the city from certain areas out here.  The view on the roof is spectacular!  Hope you enjoyed my morning photos!

Grace and peace to you all in the perfect atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ!

Why Did Paul Oppose Peter?

Pic quote Galatians 3

Did you know the Apostle Paul once rebuked the Apostle Peter?  Yes, Paul opposed him to his face.  I have been doing the same thing this week with those believers who are acting like legalistic Pharisees and warping God’s Word to make people think they can lose their salvation.  They are confused about the difference between salvation and sanctification.  The one believer thinks the good works she is doing since accepting Christ are being done by her and she should get the glory as if God owes her something.  We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and it is the Holy Spirit inside of us (which we receive upon receiving Jesus by faith) that does the sanctifying work of righteousness in our hearts.  We are not saved by works and any good works we do are done through the power of the Holy Spirit to the glory and praise of God!  Good works don’t save us and they are definitely not done to glorify us!

Here is the argument Paul had with Peter where Paul had to set him straight for acting legalistic.

“When Peter came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he was clearly in the wrong.  Before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles.  But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belong to the circumcision group.  The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter in front of them all, “You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew.  How is it, then, that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs?

“We who are Jews by birth and not ‘Gentile sinners’ know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ.  So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.

If, while we seek to be justified in Christ, it becomes evident that we ourselves are sinners, does that mean that Christ promotes sin?  Absolutely not!  If I rebuild what I destroyed, I prove that I am a lawbreaker.  For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God.  I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”

Galatians 2:11-21

Is Paul preaching a false gospel of “cheap grace” as the false preaching blogger keeps calling it on her blog?  No!  Was Paul a false preacher?  No!  Paul is not telling people to go off and live sinful lives after they accept Christ!  Of course we live for righteousness after accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior!  He died, so that we might live for righteousness and do God’s will!  And what is God’s will that makes us righteous?  His will is to believe in His one and only Son Jesus Christ!  It is our faith in Jesus that saves us and makes us righteous!  Not our own works.  Paul is speaking about salvation and he is very clear that we are only saved through faith in Jesus Christ!

Paul continues in chapter 3 of Galatians:

“You foolish Galatians!  Who has bewitched you?  Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.  I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard?  Are you so foolish?  After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort?  Have you suffered so much for nothing–if it really was for nothing?  Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard?”

Galatians 3:1-5

Paul had to rebuke Peter to his face because he fell into the trap of self-righteousness and legalism.  Paul had to remind Peter that we are justified through faith in Jesus Christ alone.  I am doing the same thing with the blogger who is falsely preaching that a person can lose their salvation and I rebuked her and I am rebuking her now.  Stop pretending like any righteous works you do are done through you and your strength!  You will never be righteous on your own!  You are only redeemed and declared righteous by God through faith in Jesus Christ.  How can you not understand that, yet call yourself a believer in Jesus Christ?

Consider what Paul wrote in Romans:

“Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.  Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.

But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify.  This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.  There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.  God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood.  He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished–he did it to demonstrate his justice at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.

Where, then, is boasting?  It is excluded.  On what principle?  On that of observing the law?  No, but on that of faith.  For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law.”

Romans 3:19-28

We only live a righteous life by the power of the Holy Spirit and you cannot take any credit for the righteous works you do.  We are utterly sinful and it is only the atoning blood of Jesus Christ that washes all our sins away!  It is Jesus who saves and sanctifies us, which means He makes us holy, not our own works!

“And that is what some of you were.  But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”

1 Corinthians 6:11

“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation.  Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession–to the praise of his glory.”

Ephesians 1:13-14

“Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ.  He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.”

2 Corinthians 1:21-22

Those are the Apostle Paul’s words in God’s Word spoken by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Those are not my words.  Am I preaching a gospel other than the one Paul preached?  No, I am not, it is the same gospel!  Our salvation is guaranteed through our faith in Jesus Christ and God put His seal of ownership on us in the Holy Spirit, which is a deposit that guarantees our inheritance in Heaven!  There is nothing you can add to that or take away.  If you want to listen to some lady who preaches lies and argues with Jesus, Paul and the rest of God’s Word that teaches we are only saved by grace through faith in Jesus, go ahead, but I am not going to.  I will rebuke her though and defend God’s Word.

Let’s listen to how Paul begins his letter to the Galatians warning them of false preachers who are perverting the gospel of Christ:

“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel–which is really no gospel at all.  Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.  But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!  As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!

Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God?  Or am I trying to please men?  If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.”

Galatians 1:6-10

No, I am not out here trying to please men either!  I serve God with a full heart and I want to please Him and do His will!  I am out here preaching the true Gospel of Christ, sharing my testimony, and defending God’s Word!  And what is the Gospel of Christ that Paul preached?  It is real simple folks and it takes faith to believe it and that is the only Way any of us can be saved.  Here it is:

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.  For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile–the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 10:9-13

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Ephesians 2:8-9

“For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.  And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.  For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Jesus speaking in John 6:38-40

We are sanctified and made righteous by the power of the Holy Spirit!  Doing God’s will regarding your salvation means to believe in Jesus Christ!  Any good works we do after accepting Christ are done by His power and for His glory alone!  We don’t get glory for doing good works and God doesn’t owe us anything!  I rebuke that false preaching blogger in the Name of Jesus!  She twists God’s Word and has a serious misunderstanding of Scripture while she tells people that those who preach saved by grace through faith in Jesus are wrong.  Totally nuts and totally against God’s Word!  Again, read her posts if you want to.  Her post from today got re-blogged, which shocked me since she preached the same losing salvation lie yet again today!  I don’t understand why anyone would re-blog a post like that!  If you “like” it or “re-blog” it, that means you stand with it.  I don’t stand with anyone who preaches the false doctrine of losing salvation.  Jesus Christ finished it at the cross (John 19:30)!

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Ephesians 2:10

“Who has ever given to God, that God should repay him?”

Romans 11:35

We are not justified by works, so don’t act like you are working for your salvation as if God must repay you for it.  Legalism makes people slaves to fear and we did not receive a Spirit of fear!  God’s perfect love drives out fear and we can trust Him when He says we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ!

“There is no fear in love.  But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment.  The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

1 John 4:18

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

John 3:16

“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.”

2 Timothy 1:7

“You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”

2 Timothy 2:1

Be strong in the grace of Jesus Christ and my advice is to stay away from people who preach lies which lead you into the bondage of fear again.  It is for freedom that Christ has set you free and we can trust Him for our salvation with all of our hearts!

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.  Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

Galatians 5:1

Go read the words of Jesus in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and see what He has to say about how to get to Heaven and how your salvation is secure through faith in Him.  That is my number 1 job.  To point you to Jesus!  Not to make people slaves again to fear!  Again, I rebuke that false preaching blogger and her arrogance towards God.  Stop telling people they can lose their salvation!  You do not understand God’s Word and you are grossly misusing Scripture.  Repent, and turn away from perverting the Gospel of Christ!  There is only one Gospel message and that is we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.  His atoning sacrifice on that cross fully paid for the sins of all mankind through His Holy Blood.  Thinking you can earn your way to Heaven before or after accepting Jesus Christ is the height of arrogance towards God!

I leave you with the words of Jesus.  Grace and peace to you all in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ!

Hello friends all over the world!  God bless you all!  That is a picture of our town here in Colorado.  I had to go to the store just down the hill from us this morning, and I took these photos from the parking lot (except the last one of Pike’s, which I took from our house earlier this week).  It is chilly and overcast today and it’s rare that we have many cloudy days here.  We usually get perfect sunny blue skies just about every day.  The front range of the Rocky Mountains are in the distance out west ( I really want to go to Winter Park this year).  It’s a different view down here than from our house.  We live at 6,115 feet on top of the rolling hills above our town, so we have a nice expansive view of Pike’s Peak and the front range.  Denver sits at 5,280 feet and it’s about 20 minutes to the north (to the right) up that road.  It leads all the way to Denver.  I love my town and my country and I love the people here and I pray the Lord pours out His Holy Spirit on our town, our country, and the whole world!  I pray He spreads holy revival throughout all our lands!  Amen!

Wherever you live in the world, pray for your cities and towns and countries in the Name of Jesus and ask God to pour out His Holy Spirit on you.  May the Lord spark fires of Holy Spirit revival throughout the whole world in Jesus’ Name!  Amen!

Grace and peace to you all!

“His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.  In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.”

Powerful Guarantee!

Pic quote Eph 1 v 13 v 14

Good morning everyone!  I just wanted to share one more quick Scripture pin today with two very important verses regarding our 100% secure salvation in Jesus Christ!  In keeping with the theme this week of rebuking the false doctrine that one can lose their salvation, it is fitting to read the verses that share the glorious truth that our salvation by faith in Jesus Christ is guaranteed by the power of the Holy Spirit.  That’s right, God’s Word says guaranteed!  Jesus paid for it all when He died for us, and let us never forget that!  Jesus is Lord and He is coming back to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords and all those who believe in Him will see Him in all His glory as we enjoy our eternal inheritance in Heaven!  Hallelujah!

Don’t ever forget that foundational truth to believing in Jesus!  You are only saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus, not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9), and your salvation is fully secure because Jesus bought and paid for your redemption in full with His Blood!  You must personally receive Jesus by faith to be saved (Romans 10:9).  To repent means to turn away from sin and turn to God and do His will, which is to believe in His Son Jesus Christ.  Once you belong to Jesus through faith in Him, you will be filled with the Holy Spirit which is God’s seal on you guaranteeing your inheritance!  Once you belong to Jesus, He will never drive you away, He will never lose you, and He will raise you up at the last day!  You can be at peace in your faith in Jesus and rest in full assurance that He has saved you, your salvation is guaranteed by the Holy Spirit, and nothing in all creation can change that!

“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life.  He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.  But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe.  All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.  For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.  And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.  For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

John 6:35-40

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Ephesians 2:8-9

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Romans 10:9

The grace and peace of Jesus Christ be with you all!

My Letter To The “Lose Your Salvation” Preacher

Pic quote Galatians 3

Hello everyone!  I hope you are having a safe and blessed Friday night!  I wanted to share the replies I sent to one of the people who is preaching the false doctrine of losing salvation.  I will paraphrase her responses and not site her name for privacy.  These replies form a letter that I want on record for any other person who thinks we can lose our salvation.  That false doctrine is not found in the Bible, so I must defend God’s Word and speak the truth.

Here was my first reply to her after reading her blog post where she straight up said a believer can lose their salvation.  This was the day before I wrote the post “Peaceful Morning & A Bold Word.”:

“We cannot lose our salvation.  Nothing can snatch us out of the hands of Jesus and the Father (John 10:27-30, John 5:24, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:8, John 11:25-26, Romans 10:9).  We are sinners and there is nothing you could do before or after accepting Jesus to save yourself.  All of our good works are dirty rags to the Lord and they won’t save us.  Any good works we do after accepting Christ are done through Him and for His glory.  There is no boasting about our salvation as if we did something to earn it.

The Lord will discipline us though and even severely if we need it, but we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.  There are no good works you could do to save yourself.  If someone is caught in a sin, they are still saved and nothing can snatch them out of His hand, but we need to encourage them to repent and keep striving for the Lord.  Until they repent, they will not be living the abundant life God wants for them, but Jesus will leave the 99 and go after the sheep that wandered off (Matthew 18:12-14).

Preaching that a person can lose their salvation is not found in Scripture.  The will of God is that everyone believes in Jesus and those who believe in Jesus Christ are His and their salvation is eternally secure because of what He did for us on the cross.  Check out my post: “You CANNOT Lose Your Salvation!”  The only ones who are not saved are those who have not done the Father’s will, which is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (1 John 2:17, John 6:40).  Everyone who believes in Jesus Christ will be raised up at the last day.

We need to be very careful with legalism and self-righteousness.  After walking with Christ, sometimes Christians can become like Pharisees thinking they are holy on their own.  It is Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit that convicts us of sin and leads us in righteousness.  If a Christian is caught in a sin and has sowed to please their flesh, they are still saved, but they will reap the destruction of that sin in the form of consequences and discipline until they repent and turn from it once again (Hebrews 12:1-11).  Jesus Christ is the Author and Perfecter of our faith and He will never leave us nor forsake us and that is not a “cheap grace” as you say.  That is the power, love, mercy, and forgiveness of God!  We are sinners and we need Jesus every day (Romans 3:21-24).  We did not save ourselves and not even you can snatch yourself out of His hand.  We are not greater than Jesus or the Father.  Perfect love drives out fear (1 John 4:18) and the one who is afraid of losing their salvation is still living in fear.

I preach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ (saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus) and I have been ever since I got saved on October 11, 1996!  I love the Lord with all my heart!  I agree that we need to die to sin and live for righteousness and encourage our brothers and sisters and the world to do the same.  I have never preached that people should keep on sinning after accepting Christ!  We are not to trample God’s grace.  Remember though, it is God who wills and works in us for His good purpose (Philippians 2:13) and we don’t get any of the glory for any good works we do–there is to be no boasting.  We are saved by grace, not by works.  Is there something you have done for God that He should repay you (Romans 11:35)?  Can you earn your salvation or did Jesus Christ pay for it in full in His Holy Blood (John 19:30)?

I take Jesus at His word when He says nothing can snatch me out of His hand and I am at peace in my faith in Him.  He will complete the good work He started in us and see it through to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).  Once you belong to Jesus you always belong to Jesus!  Jesus is faithful and He cannot disown Himself (2 Timothy 2:13).

That is not just “a couple of scriptures pulled out of context”.  I just gave you a lot of Scripture that forms the very foundation of our faith in Jesus Christ.

Grace and peace to you,

Ryan

P.S.

Are you a Catholic?”

-Ryan

At that point she told me she was not a Catholic and she said she was not going to argue with me while saying again that people can lose their salvation, so I said:

“You are arguing with Jesus, not me.  It is those who believe in Jesus who are saved (Romans 10:9).  Those who place their trust fully in Jesus and not in their own good works are saved.”

-Ryan

Then she told me it was the same message she had been preaching that I had “liked” in the past along with telling me she was right in saying people can lose their salvation, yet again, so I said:

“For the record I had never read or “liked” before where you said it was from “the pit of hell” to preach the truth that we are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.  I would have never “liked” any false preaching like that!  None of those Scriptures you gave me talk about losing your salvation.  Show me where it says you are saved by works.  That’s right, you can’t because that is not in the Bible.

You have a misunderstanding of Scripture, you are misusing it, and misquoting it.  Mormons, Catholics, and Jehovah’s Witnesses love to quote Galatians and talk about losing salvation when Paul is actually talking about not trusting in the law.  “I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!” (Galatians 2:21).  He is talking about living in the power of the Spirit and fully trusting in Jesus.

Even Paul said he wasn’t perfect and he struggled with sin.  Do you think you are perfect?  Read what Paul said in Philippians 3:12-16.  I really can’t believe you preach that people can lose their salvation.

It’s good you want to stress to people to live righteously.  I do that too, but don’t be some self-righteous Pharisee acting like you can do something to earn your salvation and go around beating people up with verses you don’t understand while you tell people to worry about losing their salvation.  It’s ridiculous!  We put no confidence in the flesh or the law!  You sound like a legalistic Catholic and I have come across many of those in my 22 year walk with Christ.  Even had a nun at my Grandma’s funeral (who for some reason was there, we are not Catholic) tell me to my face that my Grandma wasn’t in Heaven!  My Grandma loved Jesus Christ with all her heart and I looked right at her and said, “She believed in Jesus, she is in Heaven.”  She didn’t say another word.  Sinful judgmental Catholic nun who commits blasphemy and idolatry every time she worships Mary and saints!  She didn’t know Christ and the Holy Spirit was not in her!

It’s sad that you don’t put your full trust in Jesus Christ and what He did for you at the cross.  You are living in fear (1 John 4:18).  Did you forget it was your sin that put Him there too?  Have you done something righteous for God that He should repay you?  Are you greater than Jesus and the Father when Jesus said no one can snatch you out of his hand?

You have a deep misunderstanding and warped view of the verses you mentioned and I am saddened by it.  I hope someday you will understand just how much Jesus forgave you.  The Holy Spirit seals your redemption and “is a deposit guaranteeing your inheritance,” not you or any good works (Ephesians 1:13-14).

When Paul talks about those that live according to the flesh, he is talking about unbelievers.  He is also talking about those who trust in the law.  He calls the Jews who trust in the law “the circumcision.”  Those who live according to the flesh (trusting in good works through trying to obey the law instead of accepting Christ, or unbelievers) and those unbelievers or law keepers who don’t do God’s will (which is to believe in Jesus Christ) will be destroyed.  We are only saved through faith in Jesus Christ.  We live righteously after we accept Christ only by the power of the Holy Spirit.  You are not racking up points to get yourself into Heaven.  If you could do that, like the Apostle Paul said, then Christ died for nothing!

I preach the truth and I don’t take Scripture out of context.  Every post on my blog has tons of Scripture in it to give plenty of context and understanding.  I have been preaching the Gospel, which is to repent (turn from sin) and put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation, for 22 years.  I have read and studied God’s Word deeply every day since I was saved on October 11, 1996.  Nowhere in the Bible does it say that a person can be saved by works.  Nowhere does it say you can lose your salvation.  If a person has truly accepted Christ, then that person has the Holy Spirit, they are sealed, and their eternal inheritance is guaranteed through Jesus and Jesus alone!

Read what Paul said about his struggles with sin in Romans 7:15-25.  Was Paul hell bound?  Did Paul lose his salvation because he struggled with sin just like you and every other human being does? No, he did not!

Paul said it best:
“I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature.  For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.  For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do–this I keep on doing.  Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.” (Romans 7:18-20)
“What a wretched man I am!  Who will rescue me from this body of death?  Thanks be to God–through Jesus Christ our Lord!  So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.” (Romans 7:24-25)

Paul trusted fully in Jesus Christ for his salvation and so do I.  He struggled with sin and fought it and pressed on in Christ.  He never said he was perfect.  Again, do you think you are perfect or you never sin?  If so, that in itself is sinful and arrogant towards God.

There is no condemnation for those in Christ (Romans 8:1) and we did not receive a Spirit of fear (Romans 8:15).  If a Christian goes off and tries to live a sinful life, he will reap the consequences & discipline of that and it could lead to his death, but he is still saved in Jesus Christ.  He can still repent and keep pressing on in Christ like Paul.

Go back to John 3:16-18.  Whoever believes in Jesus Christ has eternal life and is not condemned.  There is nothing you can add to that or take away.  Jesus was clear then and many other times that He is the only Way to Heaven and we get there by believing in Him.  That is a gift from God, not by works, so that no one can boast.

Can you say you are more righteous than someone else and point the finger at them while you brag about how many points you have earned to get into Heaven?  Nope, you can’t.  We are sinners through and through and we are only saved by grace through faith in Jesus.

You are not preaching the truth and I am not following your blog any longer.  I do not align myself with people who preach false doctrine.

Grace and peace to you”

-Ryan

After that, she never messaged me back, I stopped following her blog, she stopped following my blog, and that is where the Lord left it.  I am praying for her and I don’t have any ill will towards her.  It is actually really sad.  I pray she comes to a deeper knowledge of just how much Jesus Christ forgave and saved her the day He died on that cross for her and for all of us.

Grace and peace to you all!  Our salvation is secure in Jesus!

People Misunderstand Hebrews 6:4-6

IMG_5228
Rocky Mountain morning at Ryan’s

Good morning everyone and God bless you!  This morning I am still dealing with people who think you can lose your salvation in Christ, so I am going to go even deeper into it and defend God’s Word yet again.  Thank You Jesus for this opportunity!  I enjoy the battle and the challenge!  You have opened a door to share and discuss Your Truth!  Glory to God!  The Scripture that freaks people out and that many false preachers use is Hebrews 6:4-6.  Let’s take a look at it and what it is saying and what it is not saying.

“It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.”

Hebrews 6:4-6

First of all, that does not say you can lose your salvation.  Pay attention to the “if” because that is a big “if” because those who are actually filled with the Holy Spirit cannot lose it!  It is a seal (Ephesians 1:13-14) guaranteeing our inheritance!  If we could earn our salvation, then Christ died for nothing (Galatians 2:17-21, 3:1-5)!

I want to share this fantastic explanation of the verses in Hebrews first.  It will clear up any misunderstandings you have, then I will post a reply to one of the challenges I received regarding my post “You CANNOT Lose Your Salvation!” where the challenger used Hebrews 6:4-6.

“Question: “Does Hebrews 6:4-6 mean we can lose our salvation?”

Answer: Hebrews 6:4–6 states, “It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age and who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance.” This is one of the Bible’s most difficult passages to interpret, but one thing is clear—it does not teach that we can lose our salvation. There are two valid ways of looking at these verses:

One interpretation holds that this passage is written not about Christians but about unbelievers who are convinced of the basic truths of the gospel but who have not placed their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior. They are intellectually persuaded but spiritually uncommitted.

According to this interpretation, the phrase once enlightened (Hebrews 6:4) refers to some level of instruction in biblical truth. However, understanding the words of Scripture is not the same as being regenerated by the Holy Spirit. For example, John 1:9 describes Jesus, the “true Light,” giving light “to every man”; but this cannot mean the light of salvation, because not every man is saved. Through God’s sovereign power, every man has enough light to be held responsible. This light either leads to the complete acceptance of Jesus Christ or produces condemnation in those who reject such light. The people described in Hebrews 6:4–6 are of the latter group—unbelievers who have been exposed to God’s redemptive truth and perhaps have made a profession of faith, but who have not exercised genuine saving faith.

This interpretation also sees the phrase tasted the heavenly gift (Hebrews 6:4) as referring to a momentary experience, akin to Jesus’ “tasting” death (Hebrews 2:9). This brief experience with the heavenly gift is not seen as equivalent to salvation; rather, it is likened to the second and third soils in Jesus’ parable (Matthew 13:3–23), which describes people who receive the truth of the gospel but are not truly saved.

Finally, this interpretation sees the “falling away” (Hebrews 6:6) as a reference to those who have tasted the truth but, not having come all the way to faith, fall away from even the revelation they have been given. The tasting of truth is not enough to keep them from falling away from it. They must come all the way to Christ in complete repentance and faith; otherwise, they in effect re-crucify Christ and treat Him contemptuously. Those who sin against Christ in such a way have no hope of restoration or forgiveness because they reject Him with full knowledge and conscious experience. They have concluded that Jesus should have been crucified, and they stand with His enemies. It is impossible to renew such to repentance.

The other interpretation holds that this passage is written about Christians, and that the phrases partakers of the Holy Ghost, enlightened, and tasted of the heavenly gift are all descriptions of true believers.

This second interpretation is based on an alternate translation, found in the KJV and a few others, in which Hebrews 6:6 begins with the phrase if they fall away, with the key word being if. According to this view, the writer of Hebrews is setting up a hypothetical statement: “IF a Christian were to fall away.” The point being made is that it would be impossible (IF a Christian falls away) to renew salvation. That’s because Christ died once for sin (Hebrews 9:28), and if His sacrifice is insufficient, then there’s no hope at all.

In this view, the passage presents an argument based on a false premise (that a true Christian can fall away) and follows it to its senseless conclusion (that Jesus would have to be sacrificed again and again). The absurdity of the conclusion points up the impossibility of the original assumption. This reasoning is called reductio ad absurdum, in which a premise is disproved by showing that it logically leads to an absurdity. The weakness of this view is that the Greek text does not contain a word equivalent to the English if.

Both of these interpretations support the security of the believer in Christ. The first interpretation, which has a stronger textual basis, presents unbelievers rejecting Christ and thereby losing their chance of salvation; the second, weaker interpretation presents the very idea of believers losing salvation as impossible. Many passages make it abundantly clear that salvation is everlasting (John 10:27–29; Romans 8:35, 38–39; Philippians 1:6; 1 Peter 1:4–5), and Hebrews 6:4–6 confirms that doctrine.”

Make sense now?  I hope so!  I figured some of you might want to hear it from someone other than me.  You are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone!

Here is my reply:

“Yes, that is the verse that false preachers (and the ones I was dealing with) use to scare people and tell them they can lose their salvation. It is not talking about losing your salvation. The letter is to Jews, and Paul (although some think Paul didn’t write Hebrews) is trying to stress to them to follow Christ the Great High Priest in the order of Melchizedek and not trust in works. He is telling them to believe in Jesus!

Mormons, Catholics, and Jehovah’s Witnesses also like to quote Galatians, but again, Paul is talking about not trusting in the flesh and that we are not justified through trying to follow the law (Galatians 3). I take Jesus at His Word when He says no one can snatch me out of His hand. We are justified through faith in Jesus Christ alone. John 10:27-30, John 6:35-40, John 5:24, John 3:16. I take Jesus at His Word and those are His Words, not mine. You either believe in Jesus or you don’t. You either think you can get to Heaven by good works or you don’t. Ephesians 2:8-9 is very clear on that. Romans 10:9 is very clear too. Remember Peter and how the Lord restored him back to repentance and reinstated Peter even after he denied him 3 times (John 21:15-19).
If we could be justified through the law, then Christ died for nothing (Galatians 2:17-21).

Consider what Paul says at the beginning of chapter 3:
“You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort? Have you suffered so much for nothing? Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard?”
Galatians 3:1-5

God doesn’t owe you, me, or anybody else anything. You receive the free gift of salvation, you can’t earn it. We receive the Holy Spirit when we believe in Jesus (Ephesians 1:13-14) and the Holy Spirit is a seal guaranteeing our inheritance.

I hope you don’t believe we can lose our salvation. It doesn’t say that anywhere in the Bible. Many verses are misused and misunderstood by people who don’t have the Holy Spirit, like the false preachers in the Catholic church who also teach from their false Apocrypha they added to the Bible, which they should not do. I dealt with the Mormons and Catholics my entire 4 years of ministry in college and I have dealt with them my entire 22 year walk with Christ. It is truly unbelievably warped what they believe. To be fair, I have met Catholics that are Spirit filled and truly love Jesus, but the church as a whole preaches lies, especially the evil Jesuit Pope…but that is a whole separate can of worms and leads right to the NWO, which you and I could discuss for endless hours. 🙂

Jesus paid the full price for our sins brother. Yes, we should die to sin and strive, but if we fall, then repent, get back up, and press on in Christ just like Paul said in Philippians 3:12-16. We are not perfect and we are not going to be perfect until we see Him in Heaven.
God bless brother! (Romans 7:24-25) We are all wretched and let us not forget that we are only saved through Jesus Christ our Lord!

“We who are Jews by birth and not ‘Gentile sinners’ know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.”
Galatians 2:15-16”

-Ryan Callahan replying to a challenge to my post of Biblical truth that we cannot lose our salvation in Jesus Christ

Don’t let anyone bewitch you like what happened to the Galatians!  You cannot lose your salvation once you truly belong to Jesus!  If you have truly received Him as your Lord and Savior, then you are saved and nothing can snatch you out of His hand!  None of us are greater than Jesus or the Father (John 10:27-30)!  We are not justified through observing the law (good works)!  We are justified by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, which is a free gift that we must personally receive from God by faith.  It can never be earned!  We will always fall short of the glory of God by our own effort!

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Ephesians 2:8-9

“But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify.  This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.  There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”

Romans 3:21-24

“Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.”

Psalm 51:5

“If, while we seek to be justified in Christ, it becomes evident that we ourselves are sinners, does that mean that Christ promotes sin?  Absolutely not!  If I rebuild what I destroyed, I prove that I am a lawbreaker.  For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God.  I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”

Galatians 2:17-21

Put your faith fully in Jesus Christ for your salvation!  He is faithful and trustworthy and we can take Him at His Word!

Grace and peace to you all!
