Honoring Jesus

Hello everyone, and God bless you all. I feel truly humbled and blessed to be writing this post tonight. Why? Because after the last week I’ve had, I wasn’t even sure if I was going to continue writing. The last few days have been extremely discouraging and I have been battling depressive thoughts due to a personal attack here on WordPress, as well as suffering due to Celiac again. The Lord has pulled me through it all, and He has given me strength and an urging to write to you all this evening. I also read a post tonight that was very refreshing that helped me a great deal that I would like to share with you. This post will be part sermon, part apology, and part straight talk about all of it. I pray it is a blessing and encouragement to you all, and I pray it honors Jesus.

The post I read tonight that was like a refreshing breath of fresh air was written by my friend Caralyn. She really encouraged my heart tonight and gave me great hope that I’m not the only one out here bold enough to speak the truth about what is going on here in our country in regards to freedom, and faith in Jesus. You can read her post here:

Savior in Chief? By Caralyn from BeautyBeyondBones

In her post, she writes about being censored by Facebook for writing a light criticism regarding Biden touting his “Catholic faith.” She also writes boldly about the hypocrisy and danger of the new woke “liberal Christianity” that is plaguing our society. I completely agree with her post, and again, it encourages me greatly to write this post and clarify a few things about my own writing.

Let me first say that this supposedly “woke” “liberal Christianity” is no Christianity at all. It is a false Christianity that is blasphemous against God’s Word as it supports the murder of babies and the sin of homosexuality and the redefining of marriage and gender in direct rebellion to God and His Word. If you truly are a Christian, that is you truly love, believe in, and follow Jesus, and you obey God’s Word, then you will not support abortion or the rebellion against God’s design for marriage, gender, and purity. If you truly are a Christ follower, then this should not be hard to understand or accept.

If you have been following my blog for awhile, then you know that I often preach against the New World Order. Recently, I wrote a post titled A Fraud And A Coup where I spoke about my country being taken over by the New World Order and what they believe in. I write posts like that because the New World Order is tied to Bible prophecy. They are against God and they are building the one world government for the antichrist. I write those posts because I love people and I want to warn you all about the end times. I don’t want people to be deceived and perish. I preach about Bible prophecy and spread the Gospel because I want you to know the truth and be saved!

After I wrote that post, a man wrote a post about me slandering my name and accused me of spreading “conspiracies” and “doing incalculable damage to the name of Christ.” He tried to paint me as a violent man and a liar, and his post was an attempt to turn my brothers and sisters in Christ against me and ruin my ministry. He did not succeed in his slander. The Lord refuted his lies against me, and I am still standing in the power of Jesus.

Bible prophecy is not a conspiracy theory. Read the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, and you will find that it speaks of a coming one world government that will be ruled by the antichrist. This government will persecute Christians and do everything they can to remove God and His Word from society. To speak of the people who are working towards that goal in our time is neither a lie nor a conspiracy.

They are the ones who call themselves the “New World Order” with their own mouths. They are not shy about their plans and goals for world government, and they are not shy about serving the evil one. You can research their Georgia Guidestones and plans for depopulation, and you can watch their speeches at events like Davos and TED talks, and read their white papers from groups like the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, and the United Nations for yourself. They talk about their plans for “world government”, their “2030 Sustainable Development Agenda”, and now their “Great Reset” with great arrogance and boldness. There is nothing “conspiracy” about it.

They released a deadly virus on the world, shut you down for an entire year, took your jobs, and ruined millions of lives in 2020. You tell me, was that all a “conspiracy theory”? No, it was not. The New World Order use to be a whisper as they hid in secret. Now they are fully out in the open right in our faces doing everything they can to fight God and dominate our lives. They are waging an all out war on Christianity and free speech as they attempt to stamp out the truth of God’s Word from society. I even heard today that Big Tech is going even further by banning the posting of Bible verses from Facebook. This is not a conspiracy. The New World Order is here now and they want ultimate power.

To call the New World Order, the one world government, and Bible prophecy a “conspiracy” is a lie. To call my preaching about it a lie or conspiracy is a false accusation. If you do not understand what I am talking about, you should research it for yourself. I have been researching it for the last 7 years in the power of the Holy Spirit. I did not get my understanding of the NWO from some 3% group. I researched it through 7 years of deep study myself, and I have been studying God’s Word for the last 24 years.

Don’t lie to people and call it a “conspiracy theory.” I am trying to warn people and help people come to Jesus and be saved. People must understand that this is all tied to Bible prophecy, Jesus is coming soon, and He is our only hope!

Is Caralyn doing “incalculable harm to the name of Christ” for preaching the truth about the war against God being waged through New World Order agendas such as “liberal Christianity”? No, she is not, and neither am I. We are preaching the truth! We are trying to help people stand firm in the truth of God’s Word and not submit to the evil lies being pushed in our societies.

I commend Caralyn for preaching the truth and it encourages me greatly! Anyone who says we are doing harm to the Name of Jesus is lying about us. Anyone who tells you the New World Order, or the one world government, or Bible prophecy is a “conspiracy theory” is not telling you the truth. We are called to warn people and expose the fruitless deeds of darkness.

“Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.”

-Ephesians 5:11

What I do apologize for is sometimes preaching the truth rudely or harshly. For that I repent, and I pray I will preach the truth in love and be more kind and respectful when I disagree with people. If I have ever been rude or harsh to you, please forgive me. We are in a spiritual war between good and evil, and sometimes I get fired up to the point that I sin in anger. That is not something I want to do. I do not ever want to dishonor Jesus. I love Jesus with all my heart and it is my desire to honor Him above all else! Any of you who truly know me, should know that by now. I am not out here trying to do damage to His Holy Name. I pray to bring glory to His Holy Name and I pray my preaching pleases Him.

Please, if you ever have a disagreement with me, or you have any questions, just contact me directly and ask. I will chat with you and answer you the best I can, and I will always speak the truth to you. Please do not write a post slandering my name or trying to ruin my ministry here on WordPress. Those kind of posts are what do damage to the Name of Jesus. If you truly are my brother or sister in Christ, then you know I love Jesus with all my heart and I love you too! I am not perfect, but I seek the Lord and submit to Him in all humility relying fully on His grace, mercy, and forgiveness every day.

I hope this encourages you all, and helps you understand my intentions when I write about the end times, and helps clear up any misconceptions or false accusations that have been brought against me. It is a great honor to serve Jesus and it is always my intention to bring honor and glory to His Name.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

-Jesus speaking in John 3:16

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

-Romans 10:9

Please pray for me to be delivered from the pain of Celiac Disease and Cachexia. Please pray for my protection and the protection of my family as I speak the truth, and pray that I will be delivered from discouragement. Thank you to all of you who have supported me and been true friends and brothers and sisters to me. I appreciate you all and pray for you daily!

Always remember, no matter what happens in this world, God is in control, He loves you, and Jesus is Lord! Jesus already won the war at the cross, and He will be coming back very soon to rescue us and defeat all evil on this earth!

“He who testifies to these things says,

“Yes, I am coming soon.”

Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.”

-Revelation 22:20-21

Grace and peace to you all!

A Simple Post On Eternal Life

Photo by Ryan, Venice Beach, Florida

Most of my posts are at least a thousand words, but this one will be short and sweet. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not complicated, so this post will be a simple one regarding eternal life. My main duty as a Christian is to point you to Jesus. He is our greatest hope in this entire world, and I pray this post encourages you and brings you great hope.

This verse I am about to share was spoken by Jesus, and it is quite possibly the most famous verse in the Bible. It is a short and powerful verse and it tells you how to receive eternal life. If you knew nothing else of the Bible, this verse would be enough to help you understand how to be saved and obtain eternal life. So, without further ado, here it is:

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

-Jesus speaking in John 3:16

In that one verse, we learn that God loves us, He gave us His Son (which makes eternal life a gift), and if we believe in Him we will not perish but have eternal life. That, my friends, is the best news you could ever hear and it is full of hope! Come to Jesus today, put your faith in Him, and your sins will be forgiven, your soul will be saved, and you will have eternal life!

Grace and peace to you all!

Grandma’s Favorite Hymn

George Duffield, Jr., Author “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus”, 1858, Photo credit: Hymnary.org

Hello friends and family, and God bless you all. I was chatting with a good blogging friend last night and the conversation turned to our favorite hymns. I immediately thought of my Grandma and the hymn she would often sing when I was a young boy. It is always a great encouragement to me to stand up strong for Jesus whenever I think of her singing it, and I pray my Grandma’s favorite hymn encourages you to stand up strong for Jesus as well.

The hymn my Grandma would sing is called “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus.” It was written by Presbyterian Minister and Evangelist George Duffield, Jr. in 1858. Mr. Duffield was a strong and zealous abolitionist during the American Civil War, and his legacy records that he stood firm as a true soldier for Christ. The inspiration for the hymn came from the dying words of his friend and fellow preacher and abolitionist Dudley Atkins Tyng.

“George Duffield, Jr. was inspired to write this text after hearing the dying words of a Presbyterian colleague, Dudley A. Tyng. Ousted from his own congregation for his strong anti-slavery stance, Tyng preached to large crowds in weekday meetings sponsored by the YMCA. His work spearheaded an evangelical revival in Philadelphia early in 1858. At Tyng’s deathbed, caused by a farm accident in which he lost an arm, Duffield and others asked if he had any final message. Tyng replied, “Tell them to stand up for Jesus!” At Tyng’s memorial service on April 25, 1858, Duffield preached on Ephesians 6:14 and concluded his sermon by reading his new hymn text, “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus.” Several lines in that original text referred to Tyng’s words and ministry. The six-stanza text was first distributed in leaflet form and then was published in The Church Psalmist (1859).”

-Hymnary.org

George Duffield, Jr. was a graduate of Yale College and Union Theological Seminary, and throughout his time he served as a Minster in 8 Presbyterian churches in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Michigan (Hymnary.org). Interestingly enough, the town in which he served in Illinois is Galesburg, which is the town of my birth and where most of my family still lives today. My Grandma Audrey, My Grandpa Ed, and my parents all attended the Presbyterian church in Galesburg, so it makes sense that my Grandma loved his hymn. George served in the Presbyterian church in Galesburg shortly after the Civil War from 1865 to 1869. My parents actually live in a house that was built just 20 years after the Civil War in the late 1800s that is just down the road from the church. It is a blessing to be connected to such a rich history and Christian legacy!

The words to this hymn are inspiring, and are just as relevant in our time of turmoil here in America as they were back in the days of the Civil War. As followers of Jesus, we are God’s soldiers suited up in His armor to do battle against evil. We stand redeemed and victorious in His Blood, and we carry the Gospel to a dying world who hates and opposes us. As you read the words of this hymn, may it give you strength to press on and stand up strong for Jesus!

“1 Stand up, stand up for Jesus

ye soldiers of the cross;

lift high his royal banner,

it must not suffer loss:

from vict’ry unto vict’ry

his army he shall lead,

’til ev’ry foe is vanquished,

and Christ is Lord indeed.

2 Stand up, stand up for Jesus,

the trumpet call obey;

forth to the mighty conflict

in this his glorious day:

ye that are men now serve him

against unnumbered foes;

let courage rise with danger,

and strength to strength oppose.

3 Stand up, stand up for Jesus,

stand in his strength alone;

the arm of flesh will fail you,

ye dare not trust your own:

put on the gospel armor,

each piece put on with pray’r;

where duty calls, or danger,

be never wanting there.

4 Stand up, stand up for Jesus,

the strife will not be long;

this day the noise of battle,

the next the victor’s song:

to him that overcometh

a crown of life shall be;

he with the King of glory

shall reign eternally.

-Source: Trinity Psalter Hymnal #542, Hymnary.org

What a truly beautiful and powerful hymn! As was stated, George wrote the hymn with Ephesians 6 in mind, which encourages us to put on the full armor of God so that we can take our stand against the devil’s schemes.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”

-Ephesians 6:10-18

The day of evil has come in America and this world, and we must stand up for Jesus. We must stand firm in Him, and speak the truth no matter how many foes of darkness we face. No matter the consequence, we must stand firm!

“You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others. Endure hardship with us like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets involved in civilian affairs–he wants to please his commanding officer. Similarly, if anyone competes as an athlete, he does not receive the victor’s crown unless he competes according to the rules. The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops. Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this.”

-2 Timothy 2:1-7

“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love.”

-1 Corinthians 16:13-14

“In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.”

-2 Timothy 4:1-5

Truly, we are living in a time where men will not put up with sound doctrine. They have turned their ears away from the truth. They call evil good and good evil. Now is the time we must keep our heads, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and discharge all the duties of the ministry God has given us. We must be strong and courageous in His love, and stand firm in the faith! As Jesus commanded us before He ascended into Heaven:

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

-Matthew 28:18-20

My Grandma taught me to stand up for Jesus like a good soldier of Christ. As she got older and it was harder for her to stand up from a sitting position, she would put her hand on a table to brace herself and as she stood up she would sing, “Stand up, stand up for Jesus!” I will never forget that, and I am forever grateful for her love and the wisdom she imparted on me. When I came to Jesus at the age of 18 in 1996, I was coming out of drugs, alcohol, and atheism. I didn’t know any theology or doctrine. I was not well versed in the Bible. I just knew I needed Jesus and I came running to Him, and He saved my soul.

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

-Romans 10:9

“for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

-Romans 10:13

The Lord Jesus made me who I am today, and my victory is in Him alone. As we see evil spread throughout our country, let us remember the words of the beautiful hymn “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus,” and let courage rise with danger. Put on the Gospel armor, the strife will not be long. This day the noise of battle, the next the victor’s song. To him who overcomes, a crown of life shall be, he with the King of glory, shall reign eternally!

Grace and peace to you all!

The Stones Will Cry Out

Photo by Ryan, My Guitar

Hello friends and family, and God bless you all! It has been a tough week already. With everything going on in our country, many believers are feeling discouraged and hard pressed by the persecution and hatred we are experiencing. Yesterday, I didn’t write because I was even dealing with some discouragement from religious Pharisee types. This post will not be about that because today the Lord lifted up my heart with a time of worship. Even in these dark times, it is fitting to praise the Lord for He is worthy of our praise at all times. His joy is our strength, and there is great joy and power in praising the Lord.

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.”

-2 Corinthians 4:8-9

The Lord knew my heart was heavy, so He urged me to get out my guitar today. I haven’t played in a very long time. Many of you probably don’t even know that I play guitar. I don’t talk about it often, but I love jamming out with the Lord and singing praises to Him. I make up my own songs and just let the Spirit flow.

Today I cried out for mercy and justice to be poured out. As I sang to Jesus, the Holy Spirit washed over me and it was beautiful! I will call the song “Jesus Christ is Lord.” There is great power in our praise to the Lord and I encourage all believers to lift their voices to Him and worship Him in the power of the Spirit! The Lord will lift you up and encourage your heart and soul!

As I sang to Him, I was caught up in the Spirit, and I thought about the verse that talks about the stones crying out if we are silent. I also thought about the verses that talk about the trees, animals, and all of creation singing praises to the Lord. I sang some of those verses to the Lord as they came to my mind and I gave Him praise!

“When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen:

“Blessed is the king who comes in the

name of Lord!”

“Peace in heaven and glory in the

highest!”

Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”

“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

Luke 19:37-40

Jesus is so powerful and worthy of our praise that if we remain silent, even the stones will sing praises to Him! Think about that amazing truth for a moment!

“Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD from the heavens,

praise him in the heights above.

Praise him, all his angels,

praise him, all his heavenly hosts.

Praise him, sun and moon,

praise him, all you shining stars.

Praise him, you highest heavens

and you waters above the skies.

Let them praise the name of the LORD,

for he commanded and they were

created.

He set them in place for ever and ever;

he gave a decree that will never pass

away.

Praise the LORD from the earth,

you great sea creatures and all ocean

depths,

lightning and hail, snow and clouds,

stormy winds that do his bidding,

you mountains and all hills,

fruit trees and all cedars,

wild animals and all cattle,

small creatures and flying birds,

kings of the earth and all nations,

you princes and all rulers on earth,

young men and maidens,

old men and children.

Let them praise the name of the LORD,

for his name alone is exalted;

his splendor is above the earth and

the heavens.

He has raised up for his people a

horn,

the praise of all his saints,

of Israel, the people close to his

heart.

Praise the LORD.”

-Psalm 148:1-14

If we remain silent, all of creation will sing praise to His Holy Name! Blessed be the Name of the Lord! May our praise be pleasing to Him, and may He encourage and strengthen our hearts as we praise His Holy Name!

“Give thanks to the LORD, call on his

name;

make known among the nations what

he has done.

Sing to him, sing praise to him;

tell of all his wonderful acts.

Glory in his holy name;

let the hearts of those who seek the

LORD rejoice.

Look to the LORD and his strength;

seek his face always.”

-1 Chronicles 16:8-11

“Sing to the LORD, all the earth;

proclaim his salvation day after day.

Declare his glory among the nations,

his marvelous deeds among all

peoples.

For great is the LORD and most worthy

of praise;

he is to be feared above all gods.

For all the gods of the nations are idols,

but the LORD made the heavens.

Splendor and majesty are before him;

strength and joy in his dwelling

place.

Ascribe to the LORD, O families of

nations,

ascribe to the LORD glory and

strength,

ascribe to the LORD the glory due his

name.

Bring an offering and come before him;

worship the LORD in the splendor of

his holiness.

Tremble before him, all the earth!

The world is firmly established; it

cannot be moved.

Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be

glad;

let them say among the nations, “The

LORD reigns!”

Let the sea resound, and all that is in it;

let the fields be jubilant, and

everything in them!

Then the trees of the forest will sing,

they will sing for joy before the LORD,

for he comes to judge the earth.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;

his love endures forever.”

-1 Chronicles 16:23-34

How beautiful and fitting it truly is to praise the Lord! When your heart is heavy and you feel dismayed, put your hope in the Lord and give Him praise! Let Him lift you up and you will soar on wings like eagles once again!

No matter who persecutes us, judges us, or points their fingers at us, we will trust in the Lord and He will never let us down. May the darkness and discouragement of this world never drag us down! May the false preachers, unbelievers, and Pharisees never steal our joy! Keep calling on His Name, keep preaching the truth of His Holy Word, keep sharing the Gospel, and keep declaring His praise! May His Holy will be done and may His Name be glorified forever and ever! Jesus Christ is Lord!

“Why are you downcast, O my soul?

Why so disturbed within me?

Put your hope in God,

for I will yet praise him,

my Savior and my God.”

-Psalm 43:5

Do not lose hope, the Lord is with us! He alone is God and every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father!

No ruler on earth is more powerful than the Lord! No darkness can withstand His glorious light and power! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Amen! Praise the Lord!

Grace and peace to you all!

Jesus Is Coming Soon

Good morning everyone! The Lord has put it on my heart to send some encouragement your way today. While the world seems to be falling apart in every way imaginable, we must not lose hope. There is great peace, hope, and joy in Jesus, and He is coming soon! Let us fix our eyes on Jesus and be at peace in the great hope to which He has called us! The evil one might win a few battles, but Jesus already won the war!

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.”

-Hebrews 12:1-3

“Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord’s own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.”

-1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

Always remember that the Lord will finish the work He started in you, and He will see you through to the very end! If you believe in Jesus, then you already stand victorious over the evil one, sin, and death, even as we struggle through the onslaught of trials and temptations here on earth. You are redeemed, standing white and clean before the Lord! Your sins are forgiven and nothing can snatch you out of His hand!

“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

-Philippians 1:3-6

“This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.”

-1 John 5:3-5

“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.

The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.”

-Romans 16:20

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”

-Jesus speaking in John 10:27-30

“Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.”

-Luke 7:48

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

-Jesus speaking in John 3:16

Be at peace and be strong in the grace and forgiveness of the Lord! Jesus is with us and He will never leave us nor forsake us! He will come back to rescue us very soon!

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

“Never will I leave you;

never will I forsake you.”

So we say with confidence,

“The Lord is my helper; I will not be

afraid.

What can man do to me?”

-Hebrews 13:5-6

“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.”

-1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

“He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”

Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.”

-Revelation 22:20-21

Jesus Christ is Lord!

Grace and peace to you all!

9 Years Of Suffering, Grace, And Faithfulness

Hello friends and family. Today is January 6th, 2021. Nine years ago today, on January 6th, 2012, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. It is not the kind of anniversary a person typically celebrates, but it is an opportunity for me to give praise to God for His faithfulness in my life.

I don’t typically write a post this late, but I had a dentist appointment today to get two old silver fillings taken out. My face is still numb, which is funny as I type this. There was also a lot going on in our country today, and I spent time preaching the truth on Twitter. The Lord also opened a door to share the Gospel with an unbeliever this morning, which was awesome. Please pray for a girl named Milly. She asked great questions, and it is clear the Lord is drawing her to Himself.

The last nine years has been a huge learning experience for me. I was 33 when I was diagnosed. I am 42 now. There were times that I suffered torturous pain for many years. Many of you may remember a recent time in November when I was suffering badly again, and I appreciate you all praying for me. I am doing much better now, praise God!

All of these years have also been filled with great comfort and healing from the Lord. Through it all, I want you all to know that God has been so very faithful to me, and I give Him praise for all He has done to sustain me and lift me up! Jesus has never left my side, and He has given me great strength to endure this disease. The main truth I have learned is that His grace truly is sufficient for me.

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

-2 Corinthians 12:9-10

From the miracle the Lord did to save my life when I stopped breathing on 4-28-2012 to this very moment, God has shown me His great power and love through all my suffering. There were so many times that I wanted to give up, but the Lord would never give up on me. He always strengthens me and lifts me up by the power of His Holy Spirit! Indeed, if it wasn’t for His power in me I would not have made it this far. Truly, just as Paul said, when I am weak, then I am strong!

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about the day I died. I will never forget Jesus comforting me, telling me “It’s okay,” and putting me back in my body in the powerful wind of the Holy Spirit! It was incredible and amazing, and it gives me great strength to press on! We have nothing to fear in Jesus! He will be right there waiting for us when it’s our time to go, and there will be no more pain! He wipes it all away and we will be in perfect peace with the Lord forever!

My Lazarus Moment

I want to encourage all of you who are suffering chronic illness, disease, and pain to give it all to Jesus and rest in Him. I know it is hard and I know how bad it can hurt, but please never give up. There is a purpose in our pain. Sometimes it is to refine us, and sometimes it is to minister to others, and many times we don’t understand, but the Lord will see us through it all. His Word promises that He works everything out for the good of those who love Him. When you believe in Jesus, you can trust that He has your life in the palm of His hand, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. After nine years of suffering, I can testify to that truth with all my heart.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

-Romans 8:28

There is so much I could talk about regarding my suffering, but I want this post to be short and sweet. My eyes are fixed on Jesus, and I give Him praise for all He has done in my life! He has been so gracious and merciful to me, and I am so thankful to have survived this disease! Thank You, Lord, for Your great love and encouragement that You shower me with every day! Thank You for lifting me up and never giving up on me! Through all the pain and even through times I have been angry and difficult to deal with, You just keep on loving me, and I am forever grateful! You deserve all glory and praise forever and ever!

“Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.

Worship the LORD with gladness;

come before him with joyful songs.

Know that the LORD is God.

It is he who made us, and we are

his;

we are his people, the sheep of his

pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving

and his courts with praise;

give thanks to him and praise his

name.

For the LORD is good and his love

endures forever;

his faithfulness continues through all

generations.”

-Psalm 100:1-5

May my suffering be a testimony of God’s unending love and faithfulness to His people. May He use me for His glory as He sees fit, and may I serve Him in a way that is pleasing to Him! We are only on this earth for a short time, and my prayer is that my life will bring Him praise, honor, and glory. May Your Holy will be done Lord, amen and amen!

I love you all! Thank you for praying for me! Thank you all for the encouragement and love you have shown me during all my suffering. You have blessed me more than I can express in words. God is so very good to us. May we always bless His Holy Name no matter what may come our way! Give it all to the Lord and trust Him for He is good and His love endures forever!

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;

his love endures forever.”

-Psalm 107:1

“Give thanks to the LORD, call on his

name;

make known among the nations what

he has done.

Sing to him, sing praise to him;

tell of all his wonderful acts.

Glory in his holy name;

let the hearts of those who seek the

LORD rejoice.

Look to the LORD and his strength;

seek his face always.”

-Psalm 105:1-4

Keep loving Jesus, trust in Him, rest in Him, and never give up!

Grace and peace to you all!

Stand Firm In Christ To The Very End

There is a lot going on in this crazy world right now. The devil’s one world government is rising, and we saw many signs of the times in 2020. As 2021 begins, we are moving forward rapidly to the fulfillment of prophecy. Believers in Jesus must stand firm in Him and be ready for His return at any moment. We have great hope in Jesus, and we do not need to be afraid. We must not bow to the new world order! We bow to our Lord and Savior alone!

It is clear in God’s Word that we will not know the exact time or date of the Lord’s return, but we will know the times by the “birth pains” we see. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and rest in His peace as we see the world falling apart.

“No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.”

-Jesus speaking in Matthew 24:36-37

“As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.”

-Matthew 24:3-8

Indeed, there have been many false Christs appearing, and we see all kinds of wars and rumors of wars, and natural disasters. We see the beast system of the antichrist being pushed as “The Great Reset,” which includes preparations for the mark of the beast with the introduction of Digital ID in the form of a microchip and talk of a one world currency. We see an increase in wickedness and the love of most growing cold. We see historic unrest, riots, and violence. We see many false preachers, false prophets, and false churches, and we have seen many people who claimed to know Jesus turn away from the faith under threat of persecution. And of course, we have been living through the chaos caused by the releasing of the Covid virus. We even see the new world order pushing alien propaganda now because that is how they will lie to explain the Rapture when millions of Christians are snatched up to Heaven by the Lord. None of this has stopped in 2021. In fact, we will most likely continue to see these things increase, and we must stand firm in Christ.

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

-Jesus speaking in Matthew 24:9-14

Jesus was clear that this world will be in absolute chaos before His return. We are most definitely seeing the build up to that time in our time, but do not lose heart. Our redemption is drawing near!

“So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the desert,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lighting that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

Immediately after the distress of those days

” ‘the sun will be darkened,

and the moon will not give its light;

the stars will fall from the sky,

and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

“At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”

-Jesus speaking in Matthew 24:26-31

“Then Jesus said to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.”

-Luke 21:10-11

“There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

-Jesus speaking in Luke 21:25-28

Again, we will not know the exact time or date of these things, but we are living through the birth pains leading up to His return. We must not bow to the devil’s one world communist government! Believers in Jesus belong to Him, and we must stand firm in the truth of His Word by the power of His Holy Spirit!

This is how I preached it on Twitter today:

I will not bow, nor will I give my consent, to this evil that has come upon the earth in our time! I am hated because of my faith in Jesus, and I may even be killed, but I pray for the strength, courage, and wisdom to endure these times in a way that honors, pleases, and glorifies the Lord! My eyes are on Jesus and my head is lifted high because our redemption is drawing near! We have nothing to fear in Jesus. This world is not our home. We have great hope in Jesus and He will come back to rescue us!

“Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”

-1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

If you do not know Jesus, please repent and turn to Jesus! Put your faith in Him alone, and He will save your soul!

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile–the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

-Romans 10:9-13

May the Lord’s will be done in the times we are living in, Jesus is Lord! Amen, Come, Lord Jesus!

Grace and peace to you all!

Enter 2021 In Forgiveness

Well, we made it! Today is the last day of 2020, praise God! As 2021 approaches, many people are making new years resolutions. The main thing the Lord has put on my heart is forgiveness. As we enter a new year, let us move forward by letting go of past wrongs and living in the fullness of God’s forgiveness. Forgiveness for others and forgiveness for ourselves. May we not ever keep a record of wrongs in our hearts as that will only weigh us down and burden our souls with bitterness, and that is no way to start a new year. We must forgive as Jesus has forgiven us in order to live in the fullness of His peace and love.

Whatever you may have against someone else or even yourself, let it go. Give it to God and pray forgiveness over it all! When you believe in Jesus, God does not keep a record of wrongs on you. He does not count our sins against us. He removes them from us as far as the east is from the west, and remembers them no more! As God’s Word says, love keeps no record of wrongs.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

-1 Corinthians 13:4-13

“For as high as the heavens are above

the earth,

so great is his love for those who fear

him;

as far as the east is from the west,

so far has he removed our

transgressions from us.”

-Psalm 103:11-12

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.”

-2 Corinthians 5:17-19

We must forgive each other. Not one of us is better than the other. We have all sinned and made mistakes, and we all need forgiveness. How does God want us to forgive? He wants us to forgive as Christ forgave us! Think about how powerful and complete His forgiveness is, and forgive like Jesus forgave you!

“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

-Ephesians 4:31-32

“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.”

-Colossians 3:12-14

Let us enter 2021 in the full power of His forgiveness, and live out that glorious forgiveness every day! Sweep away the offenses as God has done for you, and move forward into the new year in His grace, mercy, forgiveness, and love!

“I have swept away your offenses like a

cloud,

your sins like the morning mist.

Return to me,

for I have redeemed you.”

-Isaiah 44:22

“Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?”

Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.”

-Matthew 18:21-22

What Jesus meant by that is we are to forgive an unlimited number of times just as He forgives us. Not one of us has the right to be unforgiving or hold a bitter grudge against anyone. Let us always remember what Jesus truly did for us on that cross, and let us always offer that same love and forgiveness to others.

“When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.”

-John 19:30

Thank You, Jesus for forgiving us completely! Please help us love and forgive as You love and forgive us! In your Holy Name, amen!

Wishing you all a very Blessed and Happy New Year!

“Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.”

-Acts 13:38

Grace and peace to you all!

Everyone Who Calls On Jesus Will Be Saved

Photo by Ryan, Hawk soaring, Daniels Park in Colorado

My heart is on fire with passion to preach the Gospel. My prayer is that everyone who reads this blog will come to Jesus and be saved. That is the sole purpose of my calling in Christ. God does not want anyone to perish. He wants everyone to come to repentance, and His Word is clear that everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved!

2020 has been a year of perilous times. Many people are scared of dying, but I want you to know that you do not need to be scared when you know Jesus. There is no fear in His perfect love. We can rest in Him and trust in Him completely to save our souls. The Lord is calling me to share the Gospel with you again today, and it is my great hope that those of you who do not know Jesus will come to Him today.

“If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

-1 John 4:15-18

“Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.”

-1 John 5:1-5

“This is the one who came by water and blood–Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. We accept man’s testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”

-1 John 5:6-12

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the great truth and gift of God’s grace that anyone in the whole world can be saved through faith in Jesus. This gift of God can never be earned by works or any other way. There is only one Way to Heaven, and that is through faith in God’s one and only Son, Jesus Christ.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”

-Jesus speaking in John 3:16-18

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

-2 Peter 3:9

“And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

-Acts 2:21

“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

-John 14:6

We must understand that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. None of us are making it to Heaven on our own. We must agree with God that we are sinful, and we must repent and turn to Jesus.

“But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”

-Romans 3:21-24

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

-Romans 6:23

There is no condemnation in Jesus Christ. Once you believe in Jesus, your sins are forgiven and you stand reconciled with God, and justified by faith in Jesus. You have peace with God, and you are set free from the bondage of sin and death!

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.”

-Romans 5:1-2

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.”

-Romans 8:1-2

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

-Ephesians 2:8-9

There is no boasting in Heaven. We cannot get there on our own because we are sinful and we need a Savior. We must receive the gift of salvation by faith, and Jesus is the only One who ever died to save our souls. God offers this amazing gift of His grace to all mankind. No matter who you are or where you live on this earth, you can be saved through faith in Jesus Christ!

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

-Acts 4:12

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile–the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

-Romans 10:9-13

Once you believe in Jesus, God will fill you with His Holy Spirit, which seals you for the day of redemption and empowers you to live a holy life that pleases God. This is a powerful miracle of God, and we must have the Holy Spirit to live righteously.

“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession–to the praise of his glory.”

-Ephesians 1:13-14

“The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

Galatians 5:19-21

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

-Galatians 5:22-23

As Jesus said regarding the Holy Spirit:

“Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”

-John 7:38

Once you believe in Jesus, your salvation is eternally secure. We are saved by God’s grace alone through faith in Jesus alone, and nothing can snatch you out of His hand or separate you from His love.

“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

-John 6:35-40

“I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.”

-Jesus speaking in John 5:24

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

-Romans 8:38-39

What will you choose? Condemnation, or eternal life? Sin and death, or forgiveness and salvation? I pray with all my heart that you choose eternal life, forgiveness, and the salvation of your soul through faith in Jesus! This most precious gift is being offered to you today, and today is the day of salvation!

“As God’s fellow workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. For he says,

“In the time of my favor I heard you,

and in the day of salvation I helped

you.”

I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.”

-2 Corinthians 6:1-2

Just as it is written in God’s Word:

“From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”

-Matthew 4:17

“In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”

“How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”

Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.”

-John 3:3-6

Jesus loves you! Come to Jesus today and be born of the Spirit, and you will receive the salvation of your soul! Jesus Christ is Lord, and there is no other Name by which we must be saved! Through faith in Jesus, all your sins will be forgiven and you will receive eternal life! Choose wisely!

“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

-John 8:12

Grace and peace to you all in the powerful saving Name of Jesus!

Just Because I Said Merry Christmas

Good morning friends and family. It is just before sunrise here in Florida. Something has been on my heart since Christmas morning, and I need to speak to it. I had a disappointing conversation on Christmas morning, but I didn’t say anything that day because I wasn’t going to let it ruin my family’s Christmas. I am writing this as a warning, so you can be aware of the legalistic Pharisee type “believers” that are out here on WordPress. I have encountered these people before, and I am tired of dealing with them. My hope is that this will encourage you all to live in the grace and peace of Jesus, and not let judgmental hypocritical finger pointers shake your faith.

On Christmas morning I spent time wishing everyone a Merry Christmas as a blessing of peace and joy. 99% of you responded in the same heart of Christ’s love and fellowship. Unfortunately, there is a crew of Pharisee types here on WordPress that are very hateful about Christmas. They like to shame believers in Christ for celebrating Jesus on Christmas, and they misuse Scripture to brow beat us with their condemning judgments. When I first started blogging back in August of 2018, I encountered an entire gaggle of these so called believers and I learned an important lesson from those conversations. I don’t put up with these people. I simply speak the truth to them, then wipe the dust of my feet off and move on.

What really bothers me is that these false preaching haters can possibly hurt younger believers who don’t yet have the experience or knowledge to deal with them. Legalistic people are bullies who speak their condemning comments with a heart full of bitterness. They are easy to spot because they do not speak the truth in love. Most of the time, for some strange reason, they are women. Maybe that is one of the reasons the Apostle Paul said women should be quiet in church. There are a lot of legalistic women who are puffed up in their arrogance and they love running their mouths at strong men who love Jesus. As I said, I don’t put up with them. I do, however, rebuke their hypocritical comments and put them in their place if I have to.

“A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.”

-The Apostle Paul in 1 Timothy 2:11-14

It was truly disappointing that this happened on Christmas morning, of all days, and it’s a good thing that the Lord has made me strong in His grace, and I know exactly who I am in Christ. These people don’t shake my faith. After 24 years walking with Jesus, they are just one more legalistic hypocrite that the Lord always gives me victory over.

After I said “Merry Christmas” to this person who I thought was my sister in Christ, she told me I was deceived by satan and disobedient to the Lord for wishing her that blessing. Think about that for a moment. She judged and condemned me just because I said “Merry Christmas” with great joy in my heart in celebration of my Lord and Savior. She told me God was not amused with disobedience, and she even admitted that her heart doesn’t show much love “when it comes to my brethren being deceived by satan.” She should have stopped right there because that is exactly the problem. She wasn’t speaking truth in love. She was speaking condemnation in legalistic hatred. Good thing I am strong in Christ and I know the difference. A younger believer could have been hurt by her comments.

Here is her comment to me after I wished her a Merry Christmas on her blog:

“I don’t celebrate this admixture pagan/papist/traditions of men “holy” day. As a Christian, neither should you. God is not amused with disobedience. Let me send you a dear sister’s post with scriptures, though not exhaustive, but surely from a loving heart (mine doesn’t seem to show much when it comes to my brethren being deceived by satan; for the Christ of Christ Mass is not our Beloved Lord and Savior Jesus of the Bible).”

Then she left a link to a blog post by one of her legalistic friends as a way to prove why she feels it is okay to make such condemning legalistic comments to her brothers and sisters in Christ. I didn’t visit her friend’s blog because I have dealt with this before and I don’t need to read such trash. This arrogant woman should not presume to tell me what I should or should not be doing as a Christian. She is not above me in the Lord and that is not her place. The Lord did not put up with such Pharisee hypocrites either.

“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men’s bones and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.”

-Jesus speaking in Matthew 23:27-28

Here is my reply to her legalistic comment to me:

“I don’t appreciate your legalistic judgment on me. I am not being deceived by satan or anyone else. I love Jesus with all of my heart. If you don’t know that by now, then you don’t know me at all and you haven’t been listening to what the Lord preaches through me on my blog. I am not a Catholic or a pagan. I am not disobeying the Lord. You might want to check your heart before you go pointing your finger at your brothers and sisters in Christ. I honor, glorify, and worship Jesus on this day and every day. I will not be following your blog anymore. Grace and peace to you.”

Keep in mind, this was Christmas morning. My wife and I had just enjoyed watching our beautiful children open their presents, and we were having a very blessed and joyful day celebrating Jesus and praising Him for all He has done for us. I wasn’t going to let her cruel judgmental comments ruin our day. She replied back with a bunch of other legalistic filth and called me her enemy. I did not respond again. She already called me disobedient, deceived, and displeasing to the Lord. There was no reason to continue the conversation after she called me her enemy too. Like I said, I don’t put up with these mouthy arrogant women. I stood firm in Jesus, and left her with my usual blessing of grace and peace, and that was that. She can go on and on if she wants to. She won’t be hearing from me again. Dust off my feet.

Let me be clear here, if you are legalistic like this arrogant woman, remove yourself from my blog and don’t come back. You will not get anywhere with me. You will just end up breaking yourself when you come against me. My face is set like flint, and I am strong in the grace and knowledge of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who I love with all my heart. You will not shake me, but you will be shaken.

I forgive this woman, and I pray for her that the Lord will open her heart to the truth and fill her heart with love. I pray the Lord removes the bitterness and hatred that has taken root in her heart, and He would heal her from the legalism that binds her.

I will continue to worship, honor, and glorify Jesus on Christmas and every day of the year, and I will continue to bless people in the Name of Jesus by saying Merry Christmas. In a culture that is doing everything they can to remove Jesus from society, I will stand firm in Christ. I will not help the world cancel Jesus. He will never be cancelled! He will reign forever, and every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father! I love Jesus so much I can’t even express it in words. His immense grace, mercy, and forgiveness is flowing in my heart, and I will stand strong in His beautiful love.

If you are a new believer in Jesus, and this has happened to you, don’t let it shake your faith. There are many legalistic false preachers out here, and they do not represent the whole of Christianity. They are hateful and spiteful people who love pointing their fingers at true believers. They cause division and sow discord, and they will reap what they sow. Stand firm in the grace of Jesus Christ. God looks at our hearts and He knows us. There is nothing sinful, disobedient, or deceived about worshiping and honoring Jesus at Christmastime, and there is nothing wrong with saying Merry Christmas.

“You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others. Endure hardship with us like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”

-The Apostle Paul in 2 Timothy 2:1-3

May we keep our eyes on Jesus, speak the truth in love, and stand firm and be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus our Lord! He is coming soon!

Grace and peace to you all!
