Hello everyone and God bless you all! Today I would like to share something I read in God’s Word along with a few photos I took of a cool fog rolling over the front range of the Rockies. I have been reading the Book of John and although I have read it many times, there was one particular verse that stood out after the scene with doubting Thomas. John tells us plainly why he wrote what he did and I love the simplicity of his testimony!
After John has finished telling us everything He witnessed Jesus do from miracles to dying on the cross and rising from the dead, this is what he said:
“Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.”
John 20:30-31
Amen! Everything John wrote in his testimony was written to help you believe in Jesus and have life through faith in Him! I wonder what the other miraculous signs were that are not recorded! Can you imagine?! I encourage everyone in the whole world to read the Book of John in the Bible. It is a beautiful and powerful testimony of Jesus’ life, miracles, death, and resurrection. The words of the Bible are the most precious words ever written because they were written to save your soul!
“Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light for my path.”
Psalm 119:105
God’s Word will light your way and guide you to salvation! That is good news for us all! Read the words that were written in the Bible and believe! Eternal life is being offered to you through faith in Jesus!
“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
John 8:12
God’s Word leads you to the light and the light is Jesus Christ! Jesus is the light of life and the light of the world! Believe in Jesus and you will have His glorious light flowing inside of you by the power of the Holy Spirit!
“On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”
John 7:37-38
The Bible was written, so that you would believe and be saved! Don’t ever forget that! God loves you and the only thing God requires for you to be saved is to believe in Jesus! There are no works that could ever save us. Only Jesus can forgive our sins and save us! We must believe in Jesus!
“Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
John 6:28-29
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”
Jesus speaking in John 3:16-18
“I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.”
Jesus speaking in John 5:24
May every believer in Jesus Christ testify to what He has done in their lives, so that many more can believe and receive God’s amazing gift of eternal life! We testify, so that the world will believe! I testify that Jesus is alive and moving in power among us still today! Everything written in my book and on this blog is to help you believe in Jesus, so that you too may have life in His Name!
Grace and peace to you all!
“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
John 1:14
When I think about how John wrote- many other miracles that are not written in this book, it astounds me to ponder how great the work was that Jesus did while on earth and it inspires me to trust him to do his work through me.

I really wish Amazon would allow people to send free books outside of their country. In order to send a free book I actually buy it and then Amazon emails the eBook download to the person. For some reason they only allow that within the same country. It is available on Amazon worldwide though. God bless, brother!

I just began reading the book of John again and I’ve found it to be an eye opener. Great post Ryan, that’s the key; gratefulness for what the Lord has done in our lives causes us to tell others our testimony. Love the photos

When I see vivid streams of light break through clouds and shine gloriously to earth, I feel God is announcing a hello to us, just like I do when I admire His rainbows, or a starry night, my eyes look toward the Heavens, and I Praise Him in all His Glory! And, I also feel the presence of Jesus in those streams of light because He is our light! Those moments of nature for me are meaningful times I have with the Lord. I am so grateful for God’s invitation to believe in His son…a gift that saves us. Amazing grace indeed.
What a wonderful post, Ryan! The view you had with the morning fog…so cool!
