The last few days have been very interesting, difficult, and joyful. If you read my post yesterday, then you know I am experiencing persecution on Twitter for my beliefs. It doesn’t surprise me and I’ve been through this before in other ways. Jesus told us we would be hated on account of Him. Those who believe in Jesus have been taken out of the world, so the world hates us. They don’t want to hear the truth of God’s Word and they don’t want to hear a believer in Jesus speaking truth to society. The Lord has given me great encouragement and joy through all of the battles and I want to share the two confirmations I received from the Lord to keep going.
“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.”

On Monday night I was feeling irritated and a bit discouraged about the harassment and persecution I was experiencing on Twitter. I prayed for strength and asked the Lord to protect me and deliver me from evil. I also asked Him to show me how to proceed on WordPress and Twitter and asked Him what He wanted me to do with it all.
I was taking a shower shortly after and while I was washing my hair, I heard the Lord whisper, “stay the course.” As is my habit whenever I hear the Lord say something to me, I repeated it out loud, “stay the course.” I finished up my shower and after getting dressed I grabbed my phone and looked at Twitter. The very first tweet that popped up was a Christian brother doing a podcast video sermon titled “Stay The Course.” It was so awesome seeing the title that I just started praising God, then I ran downstairs to tell my wife and kids! Thank You Jesus!
After that I was fired up and encouraged to write the piece I posted yesterday titled “Communist Style Censorship In America.” It is so amazing when the Lord speaks to our hearts! The Holy Spirit inside of us is so beautiful! I love it when God speaks to us!
This morning, I opened up Twitter and the persecution continues. They are continuing to limit my follow backs and they continue to take likes away. I liked several of Trump’s tweets this morning and right after I clicked like, they all disappeared. I went back and liked them again, because they are not going to stop me!
I must admit, I was irritated to see it continue today and I talked with the Lord about it. I asked Him to put a hedge of protection around my blog, Twitter, and book and asked Him to protect me and my family. I asked Him to speak through me and show me what to say, and when I turned to His Word for comfort, this is what I opened my Bible to:

What a confirmation!!! I am still sitting here just smiling big filled with joy! Watch out now Twitter! Praise God!
The Lord knows exactly what we need when we need it and He is so good to us! God has called me to this mission to fight evil with His Truth and I will keep moving forward and stay the course! Jesus is with me and I will refute every tongue that comes against me by the power of the Holy Spirit!

Hello everyone and God bless you all! Yes, I am still blogging. My wife and kids had a 4 day weekend, so I took a break to spend quality time with them, which was awesome. I also spent some time on Twitter meeting Patriots who love our country and support Trump, and I got more involved engaging in political debates with liberals. It has been great, but as my account went over 4,000 followers and I left comments to Democrats in Congress (and their Presidential candidates), the last President, and Hollywood liberals, Twitter started persecuting me. They don’t like it when a Christian Conservative guy speaks bold truth to power. In fact, they hate me for it, so they attack Patriots like me.
My account went from under 2,000 followers on Thursday to 4,478 as of right now. As my account approaches 5,000, Twitter is doing everything they can to slow me down. The persecution of Patriots on social media platforms is very real. We don’t see a lot of it here on WordPress, but Twitter, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram persecute and discriminate against Conservative Patriots every day. We are in an information war and they are losing, so they are doing everything they can to end our first amendment right to free speech.

Everything was going smoothly on Twitter and I was having fun meeting new Patriot brothers and sisters. Many of them love Jesus too. I joined Twitter in August of 2018 and have never had any problems. The last few days have been very eye opening to personally experience the persecution by Twitter that other Patriots talk about. The last few days, they have limited and blocked my ability to follow people back even though I am not at my ratio limit or my follow back limit at all, they have taken my likes away that I leave on people’s tweets and blocked me from liking tweets (especially on Trump’s twitter), they have taken likes away from my tweets, they block people’s responses to me from showing up in my notifications, and sometimes when I try to like a post they even pop a message up that says they are blocking me as spam.
Guess I should be thankful they didn’t take thousands of followers or ban my account like they do with so many other conservatives. All the attacks on Patriot Twitter accounts and other social media platforms is called shadow banning. Here in America, it is completely illegal according to our First Amendment. Twitter is engaging in communist style censorship and they are getting away with it! They all are, and I pray Trump holds the billionaire social media moguls and the liberal politicians working with them accountable for attacking the American people and our Constitution!

Just yesterday, a fellow Colorado Patriot brother I know on Twitter named Louie Huey had his Facebook and Instagram shut down and he was banned for life just because he peacefully attended the Bernie Sanders rally here in Colorado on Sunday. Yahoo wrote a horribly slanderous article about him and falsely accused him of being a white supremacist. Folks, Louie is of Mexican heritage! He is not white or racist! He is a loving father who loves his family and his country! Yahoo flat out lied about Louie and just like that he was banned just because he wore a red hat and peacefully attended a liberal political rally. You can check out his Twitter at:
Think about that for a moment. An American man attended a rally peacefully here in America and did nothing wrong, but because he loves his country and supports Trump and because that political stance does not line up with the liberal controlled media, he was banned just for having a different viewpoint. That is crazy communist style censorship that we should all be against and it is completely illegal in our country! By the way, supporting Trump does not mean a person is racist! I am so sick of the liberal lies. Liberals don’t stand on the truth, so all they do is shout “racist” at everybody who disagrees with them. They can’t win a debate based on sound ideas, facts, and truth, so they default to slander and false accusations.

Remember about 10 years ago when Alex Jones of Infowars told us that Chinese style net censorship was coming to America, and everyone said he was crazy? People made fun of people like me and called us “tinfoil hatters.” I remember, because I knew he was telling the truth. Who is crazy now?! He was right, it is here, and we are suffering it!
Whether you are liberal, independent, conservative, or whatever else you might believe, we should all be fighting for our right to free speech! Even if we disagree with each other, it is awesome that we have the right to discuss and debate ideas freely. Trying to silence or ban people through intimidation and violence is pure fascism and communism! What we need is a conservative social media platform better than Twitter where everyone has free speech with no censorship. Conservatives are not the ones trying to silence our opponents through violence and banning their speech. Conservatives are not the ones acting like communist thought police. Liberals are doing that and it is the same thing China does to its people.
I mean really, it is beyond ridiculous that Antifa claims to be “anti-fascist” and they accuse conservatives of being fascist when they are the epitome of fascist violence! Groups that intimidate and attempt to silence their opponents through violence are fascist. People just don’t know history anymore. Study Hitler’s “Brown Shirts.” Antifa operates just like them. They are a violent domestic terror group and they should be arrested and outlawed for their crimes.
Nobody should be subject to violence, persecution, or discrimination of any kind just for having a different view or opinion on politics, or anything else for that matter. No matter how hard they try to slow us down, stop us, and ban us, we will keep fighting the good fight and speaking the truth! Americans have soundly rejected the liberal agenda of socialism, sin, and death, and Patriots are in control now! We are taking our country back and no amount of persecution is going to stop us! Like I told liberal Hollywood actress Alyssa Milano the other day, if liberals still think they can win on socialism, open borders, and killing babies, they are sadly and pathetically mistaken!
If Twitter thinks they have me beat, think again! Their persecution just makes me preach the truth even harder! The liberals and social media giants desperately want to control what we think and say. Don’t ever let them! Stand up and fight back and show them we will never be silenced and we will never back down! Speak the truth and never give up! Hello Everyone and God bless you all! It snowed again last night and I was up early shoveling snow at 6:45 a.m. again this morning. I have been shoveling snow since the beginning of last week, so yes, I am tired. I took a break from the blog yesterday, but I did post a lot on Twitter. I shared the Gospel and spoke truth to politics. I tweet the President quite a bit along with Representatives in Congress. I mentioned in the beginning of the year that 2020 is a crucial election year here in America, and I will be speaking truth to power regarding political and social issues more often as we approach November 3rd. My main mission and calling from the Lord is to preach the Gospel and share God’s Word. Serving Jesus always comes first and that is exactly what I’m doing when I speak His Truth to power.
Some Christians believe that those of us who believe in Jesus shouldn’t talk about politics as if God’s Truth should be limited and restrained. To them I say, take a deeper look at John the Baptist and the Apostle Paul. We are called to be bold and courageous even when speaking with Kings and rulers. John the Baptist was beheaded because he told King Herod it was unlawful for him to have his brother’s wife.
Some of us have a different calling. I have been given a great passion to fight the good fight like a lion. I understand not everyone will be sent into the political arena to cut down the devil’s lies with God’s Truth. I have been engaged in this battle for over two decades and the Lord has made me a strong soldier of His Truth. People are in bondage to the devil’s lies in our society and only God’s Truth can set them free! It’s not about politics. It’s about sharing the light of God’s Word and preaching the Gospel within the context of societal issues. We are in a spiritual war. We the people and our rulers need to know the Truth of God’s Word and we all desperately need Jesus.

It is ridiculous and hilarious to me when I get comments from people who try to shame me or judge me for speaking truth to power. Some people try to justify their cowardice by pointing their fingers at those of us who are brave. I had a comment the other day that left me shaking my head and saying many prayers for the person. He is not a follower of my blog. I didn’t even approve his comments or engage in conversation with him because what he said was just nuts.
On my post about Trump praying at the National Prayer Breakfast, the guy left a comment where he said I was “exalting the flesh above the Spirit,” and “exalting Trump above Jesus” just because I wrote a post supporting Trump. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds to someone who has been following Jesus, studying and preaching God’s Word, and sharing the Gospel for 23 years? Yeah, real ridiculous. The whole post was about Trump honoring God!
People, you do realize that it is not wrong to speak God’s Truth to society, right? We are not to hide it or hide our faith. We are to shine like a city on a hill or a lamp on a stand! Just because I write a post supporting Trump, does not mean I am exalting Trump above Jesus. I am not exalting Trump at all! He is just a sinful man who needs Jesus like me. I do support him as President though and I will strike down the lies of the leftist socialist Democrats who hate our country and our constitution.

I am completely and totally against abortion, the gay agenda, open borders, and socialism and I will speak God’s Truth over it all. I mean for crying out loud, that crazy Buttigieg wants to legalize meth and heroin and kill babies late term! You want a guy like that as President?! Trump has been doing a great job fighting the opioid crisis and working on prison reform and economic development, and Buttigieg wants to destroy all that and create a nation of addicts! Just disgusting! The Dems have been completely dominated and ruined by communists and socialists and the LGBTQ agenda. Their agenda is filled with sin and death.
Even our 9 year old son knows Buttigieg would be bad for America. Last night, our son said, “Hey Dad what would happen if that bootypeg (how he mispronounced his name) guy became President?” I said, “Well son, he wants to legalize meth and heroin and kill babies late term, so what do you think it would be like?” Our son said, “Everyone would go crazy.” I said, “Well said, son.”
Seriously, the Democrats ruined our healthcare under the last President for 8 years, and now the Dems are trying to push their socialist and treasonous New Way Forward Act and Green New Deal, which are literally communist plans to take over America! Give us a break! When are they going to learn? America has soundly rejected socialism because it leads to tyranny, economic disaster, and death.
Don’t let unashamed communist Bernie fool you with his “everything is free” speeches. Socialism will take your very life. Socialism is just a bridge to absolute tyranny. If you don’t know that, please study history and learn about all the millions of people who were killed by socialist/communist tyrants like Hitler, Stalin, and Mao. Socialism leads to great suffering and there is nothing free about it no matter how many empty promises Bernie makes.

The USMCA alone healed 25 years of damage done by NAFTA and re-industrialized our country in an amazingly short amount of time! I’ll take 7 million new jobs (a 21% increase in the labor force), strengthened borders, and the lowest unemployment in our nation’s history over anything the Democrats are offering with their atheistic socialism agenda of sin and death!

When I speak God’s Truth to power, I am operating in the power of the Holy Spirit. There is no exalting of the flesh going on. Please, do not be some religious nutcase who says whacked out religious things based off misunderstandings you have about the Bible. I worship Jesus in Spirit and in Truth by the Holy Spirit He gave me when I received Him as my Lord and Savior in October of 1996 at the age of 18. I have walked and talked with Jesus and served Him for a very long time. If you want to challenge me, at least know what you are talking about.
If you don’t like my blog, don’t follow my blog. Nothing anyone says is going to stop me from being the passionate man that God made me and nothing is going to stop me from speaking His Truth to power. I’m not here for a popularity contest. In addition to thousands of people around the world, I also have a lot of family that reads my blog. My Mom and Dad, my sister, my father in law and his wife, cousins, Aunts, Uncles, my wife and kids, you name it, they are on here. They stand up for America and God’s Truth too and they appreciate that I write boldly for God. Again, if you don’t like what I write, then go in peace. Nobody is forcing you to read my blog. Everyone who follows my blog now has been supportive and I appreciate you all! God weeded out the false friends who were really haters.
Just remember, haters are going to hate. Persecution will come at times. Just pray for them and move on. Don’t ever be afraid to draw a line and let people know where you stand. Even if you disagree with me, at least I am straight up with you and you know exactly where I stand on every issue.
Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Trump is my President. America is my country that I love. I am a Christian American Patriot and I will stand up, I will speak the truth, and I will fight the good fight unashamed without fear, whether people like it or not.

We have been getting a lot of snow this week ever since that winter storm came in on Monday. I have been shoveling snow all week and weekend and it is snowing again this morning. We are also supposed to get more snow tomorrow. We woke up to about a foot of new snow on Friday and we ended up with a snow day. The kids have been having fun and it’s been great having a surprise 3 day weekend. God also opened up a door for me to share a little bit of my testimony with our new neighbors from Texas. They have lived here for over a year now and we have talked quite a bit. I’ve been praying for an open door and it happened as we shoveled snow Friday. Despite all the shoveling, it has been a cool weekend I’d like to share with you all.

After several days, it’s not much fun to shovel, but all the snow sure does look beautiful on the Rockies.

The kids always have fun sledding on our little hill on the side of the house. If you have never been sledding, I highly recommend it! Same with snowboarding!
Don’t worry, our son goes all out and he was okay. That is his style. He goes big!
That’s our daughter pumping her fist in victory. The kids have a great time together and it’s always fun playing in the snow. We are very thankful for the blessing of the Rockies.
So, about that conversation with my neighbor. His teenage son was also with him. We all came out to shovel at the same time and we were outside for at least an hour. We talked about the storm and how much snow we got and we talked about the warm weather in Texas. They are from San Antonio and my sister lives in Fort Worth now, so we have quite a bit in common.
As we talked, I let him know about my Celiac diagnosis. He wanted to know more about it and he asked really good questions. I told him all about the disease and I ended up telling him about the day I stopped breathing due to anaphylactic shock and I told him I was saved by a miracle and came back to life. His son was listening intently the whole time. I didn’t go into the whole event with the wind of the Holy Spirit and the Lord putting me back in my body, but I got to tell him that I believe in Jesus and I have since 1996. He was amazed to learn that I didn’t receive any help from EMTs, but I survived. He didn’t say whether he believed in Jesus or not, but he thought it was cool and was encouraged by what I said. It was awesome to have such a deep conversation while shoveling snow and that is exactly how the Lord opens doors to preach the Gospel and share our testimonies! Thank You Jesus!
We will be shoveling more snow today, so maybe we will have another conversation. I just pray I can be a blessing to our new neighbors and help with any questions they might have. We should always be prepared to give an answer to anyone who asks us about our faith in Jesus. Even when we’re moving a foot of snow.
Here is a photo from 8:34 a.m. this morning. It was snowing when I got up at 6:30 a.m. and it is still snowing right now at 11:20 a.m., Mountain Time, of course. It was really sunny yesterday and it started to warm up, so a lot of the snow from Friday and Saturday melted, but it’s coming down pretty steady again today. I don’t know how much more we will get, but we might end up having a snow day tomorrow too.
God can use anything to open a door to talk about Jesus, even a snow storm. May we always keep our eyes on Jesus and be sensitive to the urging of the Holy Spirit when the door opens. Thank you Jesus for answering my prayer and opening the door to share my testimony! May He use His people for His glory and May His will be done!

It was a beautiful weekend here in Colorado with temperatures in the 70s that felt like spring. The kids had fun riding their bikes, and it was awesome soaking up the sun on the back deck. We also had fun Saturday night watching our daughter perform in the County Middle School Honor Band as the first chair horn player. It is very rare for a 6th grader to make the Honor Band and even more rare for that 6th grader to earn first chair! You did great sweetheart and we are so proud of you! It was definitely a great weekend and a very nice break from winter. Living next to the Rockies can bring rapid changes in weather though, and on Monday we had Winter Storm Kade coming down from the high country. Not too bad of a storm with only 6 inches of snow, but we had a 50 degree drop in temperature, which can be shocking to people new to Colorado. For those of us who have lived here for many years, the storms are a normal part of our lives and we know how to get through them victoriously.
Monday afternoon 2-3-20
The life I live with Celiac is a lot like the extreme weather changes from living next to the Rockies. Some weeks are fine and everything seems stable. The sun is shining and the pain is managed. The next week is a storm that brings violent drops in blood sugar, nausea, pain, loss of appetite, and fatigue. Sometimes it is a struggle to press on. I hear people complain about being sick for a couple weeks. Can you imagine being chronically ill for 8 years with no end in sight? I know some of you can and my heart and prayers are with you.

I have been struggling lately with the physical and emotional pain that this disease causes. I have questions that I want answered that are not being answered. I have questions about life and suffering that I need God to bring peace to. Jesus alone is my victory, so I give it all to Him.
I am dying, very slowly, little by little every day as I fight a disease that is trying to starve me to death. We are all dying and there is nothing any of us can do about it. You are going to die someday. I am going to die someday. This is an inescapable fact. We are trapped here in these earthly bodies and there is only one Way out. I don’t understand why it has to be the way it is or why God chose to do it the way He did or why He did any of it at all when He knew how much suffering there would be, but I know His Word is Truth, Jesus Christ is Lord, and Jesus is the only Way to be saved and escape sin and death. I know this because of the terrifying and wonderful supernatural events and miracles I have lived through, and I know it by the power of God inside of me by the Holy Spirit He gave me.

Even in all my suffering and questions, I keep believing because the Lord is faithful and good and I know I can trust Him. I don’t need to worry about storms from the Rockies or storms from Celiac Disease. I am use to both, I’ve been through worse, and I know the Lord will see me through it. Take some advice from a middle aged mountain man who has been through great suffering, you must set your face like flint against the storm and keep going! God will use the storms to toughen you up and help you rely on Him by faith.
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?”

If you are suffering today, please don’t give up. Our questions will be answered and every tear will be wiped away. Keep fighting and give it all to Jesus! He will lift you up and sustain you! Give the storm to the One who loves your soul and you will be amazed at what He can do in your life! His strength is all the toughness you need to conquer the storm!

Figured I would give a quick update and let you all know that I will be resting through the weekend. I have been struggling through nausea and lost appetite. I need a break from reading blogs and comments. Those of you who know me understand that I have to rest and take care of my body at times due to Celiac and the damage it did to my small intestine. That damage also caused Cachexia, which can be difficult to manage. This is life with a chronic illness auto-immune disorder. God is with me and He is good. Thank you to everyone who left encouraging comments and offered prayers on my last post. I will catch up with everyone Monday. Have a blessed weekend!

Hello Everyone. Hope all of you are doing well. I have been taking a short break from writing the last couple of days to do some thinking and praying. I have also been dealing with Celiac related issues that have taken away my appetite again recently. I actually wasn’t quite sure if I was going to continue blogging here on WordPress or not, but it seems the Lord wants me to continue. I am here to preach the Gospel and share my testimony and I must obey the Lord and press on.
I am tired today, so this will just be a short post with some photos I took last Friday, some Bible verses regarding the Gospel, and a couple links to my testimony. The photos I took are of a huge flock of geese that flew over our house early Friday morning. The first photo at the top is when they were flying east shortly after sunrise. A couple hours later they all came back and flew over us again heading west. There were several hundred of them or more and it was funny hearing them all honk. We live at 6,115 feet, so they get pretty close to our roof top sometimes. We have been enjoying a much warmer winter than last year, and the geese are loving it as much as we are. It’s supposed to be almost 70 here by the weekend!

God never ceases to amaze me with His creation! I have always liked watching the geese fly over. It’s so cool how they form that V shape. Truly a wonder of God!
Here is a question for you. Do you want to overcome the world and have eternal life? I hope your answer is yes! Let’s read how the Apostle John shared the Gospel and learn how you can overcome the world and go to Heaven.
“Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
This is the one who came by water and blood–Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. We accept man’s testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”

That is the pure beautiful truth of the Gospel. God has given us His Son, Jesus, and all who believe in Him will have eternal life! Your sins will be forgiven and you will stand reconciled before God! That is the good news of the Gospel!

That is the most precious gift we could ever receive! Please don’t reject it! Jesus loves you and He died for you, so you could be forgiven and have eternal life!

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Hearing the news of Kobe Bryant’s death today was very shocking and heartbreaking. It was even more heartbreaking to learn that his daughter Gianna also died in the crash. Kobe was my age (41) and his daughter was just 1 year older than our daughter at the young age of 13. There were a total of 9 people aboard the helicopter and no one survived. Tragedies like this remind us all just how truly fragile life is. Take time to hold the ones you love today. Tell them you love them and give them a hug. Life is so precious and our time is so short.
It all comes down to our last breath and none of us know when that will be. We must be ready to go at anytime. The only way to be ready is to believe in Jesus Christ for the salvation of your soul. Kobe believed in God and he and his daughter are in Heaven now through their faith in Jesus. That is a great comfort and hope for those who believe.
“For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

May God pour out His Holy Spirit on you all and sustain you with His comfort and love. May the grace and peace of the Lord give you strength as you trust in Him.

Hello Everyone. Just wanted to give a quick update. On Tuesday I wrote a post titled “Living By Faith” where I explained how my wife and I had to make some hard financial decisions last weekend. It is an issue we have been praying about for months and I appreciate all of you who prayed for us. God came through in a big way very fast and we are almost completely free of debt now! The Lord answered our prayers better than all we could ask or imagine and we are so thankful!
The issue we were praying about was whether or not to sell my truck. It was a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 4×4 Z85 Heavy Duty (All Star Edition). It only had 31,609 miles on it and it was in perfect condition. I take very good care of my things, especially when it comes to my vehicles. It was pristine inside and out and we owned it.
We decided to sell it, so I posted an ad on Craigslist on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, while I was finishing writing the post “Living By Faith,” I received a text from a salesman at a dealership. He told me they were very interested in my truck and they wanted to make an offer. I was a bit guarded because I sold cars back in 2001 and dealerships don’t usually buy cars from private sellers. In fact, that is very rare. Usually they call a private seller because they hope to convince the seller to trade their vehicle towards a new car at their dealership.
I sold cars for one summer and got out of it quick because the management was dishonest and I refused to do the dirty deals they wanted me to do. I proved to them I could sell cars honestly, but they didn’t care. Not all dealerships are that way, but I keep a guarded heart because I know what the inside of the business can be like.
I let the salesman know that I sold cars in the past and explained that I knew dealerships don’t usually do that, but he was welcome to make an offer. I sent him the VIN number and he surprisingly came back with an offer that was strong, but not quite good enough. I countered $1,000 higher and told him if they could do that price, then we had a deal.
He told me he would talk with his manager and get back with me. I really didn’t know what to expect. It was already amazing enough getting a text from a dealership and it was even more amazing when he made me a strong offer. I asked the Lord to bless it and said, “Your will be done Lord,” and waited.
An hour went by and then the salesman called me. To his surprise and mine, his manager accepted my counter offer! The deal was made and we agreed to meet Wednesday. Turns out their dealership is one of just a few buying centers that has a partnership with Kelley Blue Book. They are a family owned business and they only buy their pre-owned vehicles from private sellers with vehicles in excellent condition.
The dealership is in Golden about 30 minutes northwest of us. It was a nerve wracking drive through thick I-25 and 6th Avenue traffic in Denver, but we made it there safely and they cut us a check as promised. It was awesome and their honesty and professionalism was very refreshing! God is so good and He always provides!
My Craigslist ad was only live for one night and one morning and the Lord brought the best possible buyer to us! We were praying to be protected and for wisdom and discernment in who to sell it to because Craigslist can be dangerous. You never know who is going to come to your house when selling a high value item. Not only did God bring us a buyer, He brought us the safest buyer possible and we knew we would get paid legitimately. We also sold it for the price we wanted at the top Blue Book value just like we prayed. God orchestrated the whole thing and He blessed it big time! Thank You Jesus!
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Our kids had named my truck Thunder and we had some great family memories with it, but we would have had to trade or sell it in a few years anyway. Our daughter will be driving in a few years, so we will need a smaller car for her. We will most likely get a family sedan in the near future, but we will do just fine with one car for now. It just feels really great to have all that debt paid off and it is a huge answer to our prayers!
I prayed that we would be debt free in 2020 and God did just that! We were surrounded on all sides and time was running out, but He parted the seas for us and now we can move forward on dry land! God can do anything and nothing is impossible for Him! Keep praying, believing, and trusting! God knows what we need and His timing is perfect! His plans for our lives are far better than anything we could ever come up with on our own! He will bless our faith in Jesus and we can trust that He is always working for our good!

The 4 day weekend is over and we are back at it today. It was great spending time with my wife and kids. It was also a bit of a serious weekend as my wife and I had to make some hard decisions regarding our finances. We worked through the issues by God’s grace and we are living by faith. The Lord is in control and we trust Him with all the details. That is what believers in Jesus do. We lift it up to Him and say Your will be done.
My wife doesn’t want me to share the private details of our finances, so I will honor her request. We always appreciate your prayers. The Lord knows what we need and He will provide.
I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported me. I know many of us don’t agree on certain things and I appreciate that most of you have never slandered me or sent me hateful messages, even if you disagree with me. I love all people and I don’t care what color your skin is or what culture or nation you are from. It is a great honor to have people from all over the world reading my blog. There are even people from almost every country in the Middle East. So far, there are people from 140 nations in the world visiting this blog. May God bless, heal, and save every single one of you and may He bless all of our countries! I love you all in Jesus’ Name! Jesus loves you and He died for all of us!
I am humbled and honored that any of you would take the time to read what I write. I appreciate the messages of encouragement and I enjoy chatting with everyone. I know that sometimes I can be very passionate. I do not want to be harsh and I do keep in my heart that I need to speak the truth in love with gentleness and respect. I will always speak boldly with passion as that is who God made me and that is the fire of His Spirit inside me, but His gentleness is also inside me and there must be a balance. I understand that.
It really is ridiculous for anybody to call me a racist. They have no idea how I grew up. They don’t know about the violence I encountered and the homies I rolled with. They don’t know about true friendship and love. My best friend in Middle School was black and I consider him my brother still to this day and I have great love for him. We were so close that everyone called us Salt and Pepper. I know what it’s like to have real friends who will back you up and even bleed for you if necessary. I know what it’s like to have friends who will lay down their lives for you.
It’s not about skin color with me. It’s about heart and character. That’s what I care about. Who are you inside? Do you have integrity? Do you hunger for righteousness or evil? Are you trustworthy? Are you filled with love or hate? Your skin color is not going to tell me any of that.
Most of my friends growing up in Littleton, Colorado were black, Latino, or Native American. I dated Latina girls and I ended up marrying a woman with Spanish heritage. I also worked landscaping for many years working under the hot sun with the guys from Mexico. I was out there doing everybody’s landscaping and golf courses and I spoke Spanish with the guys all day 40 hours per week. They work very hard and I have great respect for those men. I am very blessed to have worked with them and I will always remember their life stories. Don’t ever tell me I am a racist. People who are obsessed with race are the racists. Divisions of the flesh come from the evil one.

Whether it comes to our finances or this blog or fighting Celiac or any other thing in my life, I am living by faith. We don’t know what’s around the next corner, so we can’t walk by sight. We must trust God and He will always make our paths straight! The Lord is always faithful and He won’t let us down!
