Hello friends and family and God bless you all!  Today is a special day here in Colorado because this is the day the Governor’s stay at home orders expire.  Colorado is officially open for business!  Praise God!  I was praying that the Governor would not extend the quarantine and I am very thankful that the Lord answered my prayer!  To all my fellow Coloradoans out there, get outside and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and temps in the high 70s this week!  It’s time to have a great summer!

Another beautiful day today! I took all these photos this morning.

There are 7 counties that are extending the stay at home orders until May 8th, but our county is not one of them.  There are already more cars coming up and down the big hill that leads up to our neighborhood.  It’s great to see everyone enjoying their freedom!  The timing is great too!  Seriously, it’s supposed to be 86 degrees by Thursday!  Winter is over and the quarantine is over, praise God!

It’s time to get this great country back to work!  We can all wear masks for a time if that’s what people want to do, but we have to get back to living again.  I am very thankful that Governor Polis stuck to his word and ended the quarantine today.  God bless him for that!  We need to be brave and keep pressing on!

“For I am the LORD, your God,

who takes hold of your right hand

and says to you, Do not fear;

I will help you.”

Isaiah 41:13

“I lift up my eyes to the hills–

where does my help come from?

My help comes from the LORD,

the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Psalm 121:1-2

Just as Jesus always tells us, do not be afraid.  Trust God and keep moving forward!  He is with us and we can trust Him!

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.  I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

Jesus speaking in John 14:27

Grace and peace to you all!

  1. Wow, that’s amazing!!!!!
Parts of SC are already open, but it will slowly happen over time. Our pastor just announced that this Sunday we’re gonna try to have normal church again… with precautions of course!

  2. May the Lord continue to bless us with alternatives for dealing with world struggles that are not worse than the struggles themselves.

  3. Halleluiah. We are beginning the end to this. Illinois has until May 31st, but we have been going outside and keeping our distance even in parks. Beautiful day to begin your freedom, Ryan!!!

  4. I’m happy for you all there in Colorado … if not a tad jealous. 😀 Our prime minister is being very cautious so it’s going to be some yet for us Brits to get out and about. Still keep safe though. 🙂

      1. They had Woolworths in the Midwest when I was a kid. I’m not sure if they still have those stores. If they do, they would most likely be in the Midwest and South. I haven’t heard that store name in a long time. My Mom used to talk about it. Old school memories.😊

    1. Sorry to hear that. Yes, that’s what I thought about Woolworths. Hadn’t heard of them in a long time. I hope the Governor changes his mind and opens earlier. People are afraid because of the lying MSM induced panic. The mortality rates were not correct. Way lower than they were saying. People need to be brave and keep living. This whole thing is about control and power, and we the people need to rise up and put a stop to it. I pray the Lord brings healing and spreads revival! God bless!

  7. Thank you Ryan, just found your blog while searching for Christians who write. Just started my own blog and when I read this post, I was hugely encouraged. I thank God for writers sharing the message of hope and the strength and power of God’s faithfulness, even in times “such as these!” God bless you!
