After blogging since August 10th of 2018, today will be my 500th post.  I figure that is some kind of blogging milestone, so I wanted to celebrate it and give praise to God.  This whole blog is all about Jesus and helping people come to know Him, and I pray many people get saved reading my blog!  I pray the Lord uses it for His glory and bears fruit through it!  I am simply one of His servants dispensing a gift (called evangelism) that Has been given to me.  May His will be done!

WordPress gave me this badge along with a message of congratulations right after I published this post, so I’m adding it now.  Thanks WordPress!

It is a great honor to be used by the Lord and all the glory goes to Him for building this blog!  May He continue to use me as He sees fit and write through me what He wants to say from sharing the Gospel to end times warnings and everything in-between!  This blog is all about helping people come to know Jesus, helping people understand the Bible, ministering to a lost and hurting world, and speaking truth to power.  It is about hope, new beginnings, grace, mercy, forgiveness, and love, and I pray you find that in Jesus!  People are held prisoner by their fear of death and they need real hope.  I’m here to tell you that Jesus can take that fear and He alone can deliver you from sin and death and save your soul!

“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.”

John 14:6

“Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death–that is, the devil–and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.”

Hebrews 2:14-15

The choice is yours.  We receive Jesus by faith.  God has made one way to Heaven and that Way is through faith in His Son Jesus Christ.  His Blood was shed for our sins and no one else has ever died for our sins.  Do you want your sins forgiven?  Do you want to go to Heaven?  Then believe in Jesus and you will be saved!

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Jesus speaking in John 3:16

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Romans 6:23

“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.  My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.  I and the Father are one.”

Jesus speaking in John 10:28-30

Upon believing in Jesus, you will be filled with the Holy Spirit, which is God’s seal on you guaranteeing your salvation.  We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus alone, not by works.  We cannot earn our salvation through good works.  We are not good; we are sinful and we need a Savior.  There is no boasting in Heaven.  We must be born again by the Spirit of God to be saved and share in His holiness.  It is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to be holy and have the strength to serve God and leave our lives of sin, and we can only receive the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus.  The good works we do after accepting Jesus are done by the power of the Holy Spirit in obedience to God for His glory, not to earn salvation.  It is the Blood of Jesus alone that covers our sin, and that is eternal forgiveness we never deserved and could never earn!

“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation.  Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession–to the praise of his glory.”

Ephesians 1:13-14

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Ephesians 2:8-9

“In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”

John 3:3

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  Against such things there is no law.  Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.”

Galatians 5:22-24

“Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them.  And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.”

1 John 3:24

Today is the day of salvation, and none of us are promised tomorrow!  Make peace with God today!  If you don’t know Jesus, may God have mercy on you and open your heart to His love this very moment!  God loves you and He does not want you to perish!  He wants to give you eternal life!

“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Romans 10:9

“for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 10:13

“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”

Romans 3:23

      1. Yep. Comes from a free range bison ranch in South Dakota called Wild Idea Buffalo Company. I have even chatted with the owners over email. They invited us to come visit sometime. Awesome family owned business, great people! The meat is 100% organic. They harvest the bison in the field just like the Native Americans did it. Best meat on earth!

      2. Cool!😊 We get the 1 pound packs of ground bison. That’s what we buy in bulk. Comes in a sturdy box perfectly frozen every time. They actually use premium steak cuts for the ground. It is excellent meat! Enjoy!

  1. Congratulations, son, 500 posts!! You preach so well, and always with the truth in what the Bible tells us, spreading The Word with joy, and expressing it and explaining it so well. God our Father has given gifts to each of us, and I pray we never forget them and use them for His glory as long as we are able. Of course, our greatest gift from God is the gift of His son, and you praise God and His glory with us always in your preaching. Amen! You talk of Jesus with passion and love, and teach us the path to Heaven, that is your gift from God to us, Ryan, even in your days of pain, you honor God. He must be so very pleased with you. I am always so encouraged, have joy, and blessed because of your teachings. Your desire to save souls, share Jesus’ love for us and The Word, and always praise God, in your writings, Ryan, give me a lot of joy and hope, so thank you and bless you, your posts have helped me grow in Christ! 500 posts, that is really something to celebrate! Praise God.
This following paragraph is from Billy Graham’s book, Hope, and I would like to share it for this special milestone: The Bible teaches God has given us many gifts, and some come from the Holy Spirit’s ministry in our lives. These are gifts of the Spirit, and they include everything from the gift of preaching to the gift of hospitality. None of us has every gift, but every Christian has at least one, to be used for one purpose: to build up Christ’s body, the Church (Ephesians 4:11-12). Be content with the gifts God has given you, and use them for His glory.
Amen. Congratulations, Ryan, on your 500th post and blessed blog!
I love you, Ryan, and praying always for you, your family, and wonderful blessings to continue God’s work.
    Love, Mom

    1. Thanks sister! Bison is very tasty, you would love it! It’s very lean, so you have to cook the ground with a bit of olive oil. We do the same thing when we make burgers. Add olive oil to the meat with some granulated onion and garlic, and it is delicious! God bless!
